Registration fees are $75 per dancer, per year, (no registration fee is charged for summer camps) and are due upon completion of this form. Registration fees are not refundable. Tuition fees are due on the 1st of the month. All fees may be paid by debit or credit card. Tuition is considered late by the 6th, and all accounts will be charged a $25.00 late fee. If an account is not paid after the 15th, the student will be unenrolled.
