Camps and classes can be found and enrolled in using the "Select a Class" button below (Camps are also referred to as "classes" in this registration system)
- ONCE YOU HIT SUBMIT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT 2:00PM THAT DAY, THERE IS NO FURTHER ACTION NEEDED ON YOUR PART TO SUBMIT PAYMENT.
- The exception being if you are putting your child on the waitlist, there will be NO charge for the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens up, we will email you and get written permission to add you to the class and at that time your card will be charge. We pinky promise (there is a requirement of our registration software unfortunately)
- The system will prorate your payment for school year classes depending on the day of the month you sign up. After that, all payment will happen automatically on the 1st of every month unless we receive written notice of cancellation which will start your 30 day notice.
- If you are enrolling for fall classes in the summer, you will be charged your September monthy membership dues now to secure your spot, this is non refundable.
- Please note: Beginning October 1, 2025, Washington State expanded retail sales tax requirements to include many instructor-led enrichment classes and educational programs. As a result, qualifying registrations are now subject to your local sales tax rate (currently approximately 8.8% in Bellingham). This is a state-mandated tax and is not a fee added by the Club.
We also want families to know that despite significant rising costs and roughly 25–30% inflation over the past six years, we have worked hard to keep our after-school class pricing unchanged for as long as possible in order to continue making high-quality STEAM education accessible to local families. We deeply appreciate your continued support of our small, community-focused program.
