Acknowledgement & Release
I understand that The Zones is a youth after-school programming facility and not a licensed day-care. I understand that membership is contingent upon compliance with the written policies and guidelines. I further understand that staff reserves the right to revoke membership due to violation of any of the written policies and that no fees will be returned to me. I may obtain a Parent Handbook at the front desk with full description of The Zones' behavior, payment, and all other policies explained.
In consideration for allowing my child to become a member, I agree that the Zones, its officers, employees, volunteers, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any injury to my child or for any loss or damage to my child's property which occurs during my child's participation in any activities at or sponsored by The Zones. I further agree that my child, my child's heirs, executor, successors in interest and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue or attach the property of The Zones of or their representatives for any injury or damage resulting from negligence or other acts caused in any way by The Zones or their representatives. I hereby release The Zones and their representatives from any and all causes of action any and all claims that I, my child, my heirs, successors in interest, executors or other legal representatives may have arising from these matters.
Payment Policy
Membership payment will be processed using the card on file in the Parent Portal between the 1st and 5th of the month. By entering your credit card information, you authorize The Zones to automatically accept membership payments. Nonpayment will result in your child not being able to attend. Registration and membership fees are non-refundable.
The Zones does not discount membership for nor do we issue refunds or credits for any reason, including club closures due to power outages, air quality issues, wildfires, pandemics,emergencies, or any other reason at any time. To cancel membership to to switch between full and part time, we must receive written notification 10 days prior to the next billing date.

I understand that a valid credit card on file in the Parent Portal is required for membership.

Registration and class fees are non-refundable. Registration fees will not be credited or refunded if plans change, a subsidy is confirmed, or if registered by mistake.
Cancellation or enrollment change must be received 10 days prior to the next billing date. Payments for membership will not be refunded or credited if plans change, if attendance is less, if dropping enrollment, or for any other reason, at any other time.

Photo & Media Release
The Zones takes pictures and video periodically for social media, promotional and advertising purposes. By checking this box, you agree to your child being photographed or have video taken and used for these purposes in the form of print or digital copies. No compensation or royalties will be provided as a result of photo and media taken.
If you wish to deny permission to your child being photographed, have video taken or be included in any media, please inform the front desk and submit a non-consent form.
