-PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS-
FOR INDIVIDUAL FAMILIES REGISTERING 1 OR MORE STUDENTS: This software will only show Student 1 as enrolled; however, please click 'Add Student' below to add others and we will enroll them for you. No need to choose a class for the other students. If you are registering into a PARENT-AND-TOT class, include yourself as Student 1.
FOR MULTIPLE FAMILIES REGISTERING INTO ONE TIME SLOT TOGETHER:
1. For the first family to register: Please note in the below Comments box the name and email/phone of the other family joining you and explain how you want the billing split.
2. Subsequent families: CLICK HERE to register into our placeholder class and our administrator will move you into the right class; list the family name you will be sharing with.
AFTER REGISTRATION: You will receive 2 emails; one auto-email confirming your registration and a second email in 4-5 days confirming your start date and other info.
We do have a minimum enrollment of 2 months. Once enrolled, you must withdraw via our web form on our website by the 15th of the current month to avoid fees if you will not continue on for the following month.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION: Your card is NOT charged when you submit this form; we charge your card after processing your class info. We also auto-charge tuition on the 25th of each month while you are an active student.
