Registration Fees and Additional Fees
Registration Fees: Every year each student must pay a one-time registration fee of $50/student. There is no discount to be applied to this fee and it is nonrefundable.
Additional Fees: We are always proud of how our students improve and we are eager to show our parents and their friends what we accomplished. Every year Freedom Academy hosts 2-4 open lessons/control practices and gala shows such as Halloween Party, Christmas Spectacular, Winter Festival, The-End of the year Gala Show for Families and Friends to see their gymnasts' achievements. At these events all of our competitive students are required to participate to gain performance experience. The cost will vary per gymnast depending on an event that should be paid in advance. The costumes might be necessary and will have to be purchased at additional cost.
Studio Cancellation
Each student and their family understands and accepts that from time to time Freedom Academy may cancel a class. When this happens, we will notify you as soon as we become aware of the need to do so. As this is usually weather, mechanical, or personal emergency and we cannot guarantee a minimum notice time.
Online make up class will be offered at a scheduled date inside the same month if the gym class was cancelled by Freedom Academy.
Freedom Academy has a right to cancel any classes during the time when the team is attending events or competitions. No make up, refunds, pro rates or carry over will be offered for those times.
Student Cancellation
No refunds will be given on tuition payments for missed classes. Every student is expected for every class however we recognize that other things such as illness or family and school matters may interfere. We however will have staff and space available for every day in the schedule. As such, all tuition is non-refundable and is not pro-rated.
Extended Absence and Injury
Extended Absence: If a student will be absent for vacations or other commitments, he/she must continue to pay tuition in order to retain his/her place on the team. This is because overhead expenses must be covered, and coaches must be paid throughout the year.
Injury: If a student suffers an injury that restricts his/her ability to attend practice, reduced tuition may be offered, if the written request is accompanied by a written physician's order.
Quarantine Policies
In case of National or local quarantine closures Freedom Academy will offer online classes following the same or slightly different schedule. There will be no pro-rates, refunds or carry over offered. Each student is expected to be attending each class in order to stay on the Team.
Apparatus and Equipment
Eachstudent is required to have their own equipment. Ask your coach what equipment is needed and how to purchase. No equipment will be shared or provided. Please bring all equipment to each class.
Food and Drinks
No food is allowed in the gym.
Water only! Students should have their own water bottles labeled with their full name. If a water bottle was left after practice without a label Freedom Academy does not guarantee it to be returned.
Attendance and Tardiness
All students should arrive 15 minutes prior to the class all dressed up following the dress code.
3 missed classes are allowed per semester (September-January or February-June) without private class make up.
Team students are not allowed to miss any classes two-weeks before competitions. If classes are missed the gymnast would not be allowed to take a part at the upcoming competition due to readiness and for safety reasons (no fees will be pro-rated or refunded)
