Assumption of Risk
Please be advised that T&K Studios has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19;
however, T&K cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with
COVID-19. Entering T&K’s facilities and attending activities associated with T&K could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19. With this in mind, I provide my express, informed consent for my child to attend class at T&K Studios.
Release of Liability
Individually and as parent or guardian of my child(ren), I hereby release, covenant not to sue,
discharge, and hold harmless T&K Studios, its employees, owners, contractors, instructors, agents, and
representatives, from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages,
costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to exposure to Covid-19.
Social Media/Photo
I give T&K Studios permission to take and/or use photos/video materials of my child to promote T&K Studios.
Dress Code
All students enrolled in ballet, tap, jazz, and pointe classes should wear proper dance wear. These include leotard, tights, ballet skirt, form fitting yoga/exercise top, fitted dance pants/shorts/leggings in any color. Ballet shoes should be pink. Tap and jazz shoes should should be beige.
NO BAGGY CLOTHING of any kind will be allowed in class. These include t-shirts, gym shorts, sweat pants, and jackets. NO STREET CLOTHING ALLOWED.
Hair should be in a ponytail or bun.
Parents will be notified if dancers do not adhere to this dress code.
Hip Hop students should wear movable clothing such as leggings, gym shorts, t-shirts or tank tops and sneakers. Hair should be in a pony tail or bun
Put your name in all shoes and bring them in a dance bag.
Attendance
Attendance is your responsibility. If a dancer has poor attendance, they will fall behind in dance. This will affect every person in the class. A successful dance year requires a commitment from the dancers and their parents.
Costumes
You will be required to purchase one costume for our annual recital . Costume notices will be given out in November. Costume payments are due the first of December. If your child will not participate it the recital, it is imperative that you let us know before December 1st. If your child withdraws from class after costumes have been ordered, no refunds will be given.
Important Information
All cell phones will be collected at the door . You may retrieve them at the end of class. You may bring water ONLY to class.
In an effort to abide by all Covid-19 safety guidelines, we will stagger some classes to allow us to keep the number of people in the building and parking lot to minimum. Classes that are not staggered will be dismissed 5 minutes early until safety rules are lifted. Please be on time when picking up your child.
No parents will be allowed to wait inside.
Dancers are encouraged to use restroom at home before they come to class. Please make sure to wash your hands before entering the building. Temperature will be taken before entering. Masks are encouraged, but not mandatory. Rooms will be sanitized between each class.
If you or your dancer is sick or have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19, do not attend class. If you or your dancer contracts Covid-19, please contact us as soon as possible.
In the event that someone in your dancer's class contracts Covid-19, you will be notified, and appropriate steps will be taken on a case by case basis to ensure everyone's safety.
Payment Policy
A one time registration fee per year of $20 per dancer or $40 per family and the first month's tuition is due at registration.
Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. A late fee of $10 will be added after the 15th of the month. We offer the ability to pay with cash, check , credit/debit card. NSF fee on returned checks is $20.
If your dancer's account is more than 2 months in arrears, they will not be allowed to participate in class until the balance is paid in full.
I am responsible for all tuition payments and fees. Tuition payments and any other fees paid to T&K Studios are neither transferable nor refundable.

The credit card on file will be automatically charged on the 5th of each month. If you want to use another form of payment, you MUST speak with Debby before the 5th.
