Waiver & Release
I, the undersigned, do herby give authorization for myself - my child and/or ward to participate in dance, acro, theatre classes or other events sponsored by Razr Dance Academy. I herby acknowledge that in participating in the above mentioned events there is a possibility of physical injury and illness, (minimal, serious, catastrophic and/or death) to myself - my child and/or ward and assume the risk by participating. I do herby for myself - my child and/or ward who might have a similar claim: waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claim for injury, illness or death which may arise now or in the future against Razr Dance Academy. This includes its owner, operators, instructors, agents or representatives for any and all claims, damages, which myself- my child and/or ward may sustain or suffer while attending and participating in the classes or events.
Permission is granted to use my own - my child's and/or ward's image and or first name for future advertisements and literature for
Razr Dance Academy and events sponsored or conducted by them. This may include but is not limited to newspapers, websites, magazines, television, flyers or any other forms of promotional venues.
Medical Treatment Authorization
I, the undersigned, do herby grant permission for myself - my child and/or ward to attend dance, acro, theatre classes or other events sponsored by Razr Dance Academy. In order to receive the necessary medical treatment in the event of an injury or illness, I herby authorize Razr Dance Academy's staff members to obtain medical treatment and to notify myself or my emergency contact as soon as possible in an emergency. In the event of such physical injury or illness, I herby release and hold harmless Razr Dance Academy, it's owner, operators, instructors, agents or representatives against any and all claims, demands, losses, suits, liabilities, costs, fees or any other damages. I further acknowledge, understand and agree that in participating in these events there is a possibility of physical injury and illness. I assume full financial responsibility.
General Policies & Procedures
Program Substitutions
Razr Dance Academy reserves the right to make faculty and schedule changes as necessary.
Class Make-Ups
For the days we cancel class due to inclement weather, we will hold classes online via Zoom. This will eliminate the need to schedule make up classes.
Class entry numbers and passwords will be emailed and posted on the home page of the website.
In addition, students may make up any classes missed or canceled by checking with their teacher for an appropriate class.
Inclement Weather / Studio Closing
Razr Dance Academy will follow the Chelmsford School System for weather cancellations.
Additional closing may be necessary and is up to the discretion of the director.

Performances
Razr Theatre and Dance students will participate in one or two end of the season performances.
Students are required to purchase one costume per class.
Students are required to purchase coordinating tights and shoes.

Dance Studio Rules
Only class participants allowed in the dance studios.
No student is allowed in the dance studios without an instructor present.
Hair must be tightly pulled back for all classes.
Dress code must be followed for all classes.

No Jewelry should be worn.
No street shoes allowed.
No food or drinks, with the exception of water.
General Studio Rules
At end of class, students under the age of 16 must wait inside the building for their rides.
All personal belongings must be left in the dressing rooms.
RDA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Students while in class should not use cell phones and all electronic devices.
There will be a cell phone drop box available at the front desk.
The studio phone is available to all students if they need to contact a family member.
RDA is a smoke free facility.
Dress Code
RDA students must adhere to the studio Dress Code.
This dress code is listed under our 'dress code' section on this site.
Failure to comply with the dress code requirements may result in a student's dismissal from class.
RDA students must have required shoes by the second month of classes.

Behavior
RDA students must behave respectfully to all staff and other students.
Physical and/or verbal abuse will not be tolerated.
RDA maintains a strict zero tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behavior, theft, vandalism, and use of illegal substances.
Students found in violation of these rules will be dismissed from RDA. No refunds will be issued.

Tuition & Fee Policies
Tuition
Tuition is based on the season.
Tuition is not adjusted due to cancellations or absences.
Tuition is due in full on the first class of each month.
An Add/Drop Form must be filled out and signed by a director before tuition is adjusted.
Add/Drop Forms are available at the front desk or on the website.
Any adding or dropping of classes done on-line will ultimately have to be approved by a director before being put into effect.
Tuition adjustments will also be reviewed at this time.
Tuition Late Fees
A $25 Late Fee will be applied on the 8th of the month.
A $25 Late Fee will be applied on the 1st of the next month.
After two months of nonpayment, students will be automatically withdrawn from all classes.
Unpaid balances will be sent to collections.
Recital Costumes
Each technique class is required to purchase a costume.
The costume(s) will be billed to account in December.
Costumes balances must be paid with January's tuition.
Recital Costume Late Fees
A $10 per costume Late Fee will be applied on the 15th of January.
A $10 per costume Late Fee will be applied on February 1st.
If costumes aren't paid for by February 1st, we can not guarantee they will be delivered in time for the recital.
Discounts
Siblings receive a 10% discount on all classes, excluding summer programs.
No discounts on competition fees.
Returned Check Fees
A $35 Fee is applied for all returned checks.
Refunds
All refunds are at the discretion of the director.
