Payment Processing
Entering credit card Information in this registration form does not automatically process payments - it simply collects your payment information. This will NOT be automatically used unless you are signing up for classes/events beyond those that are included as part of your membership and you have not logged into your parent portal to process any applicable payment. The billing method you input is for goods and services registered for in Jackrabbit ONLY.
Release of Liability
I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, assigns and administrators, waive, release, and forever discharge Hockessin Athletic Club and Stage Stars Dance and Acro, their respective agents, sponsors, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions or rights of action of whatever kind of nature either in law or in equity arising from, or by reason of any bodily injury, death or property damage resulting from my participation in exercise programs or activities of any kind in connection with the Hockessin Athletic Club and Stage Stars Dance and Acro, whether by negligence or not. This waiver appears to this visit and all future visits.
Make Up Classes
If you are in a fee-based class and you miss a class due to illness or other personal reason, you will be able to make up the missed class in a similar class. All fee-based classes missed due to inclement weather can be made up at your convenience using our existing class schedule. There will be no discount or refund given for any missed classes (fee-based or non fee-based). There are no make-ups for any missed classes (fee-based or non fee-based) when the club is officially closed for holidays, etc.
Class Placement
Class placement is at the discretion of the director and teachers. (All level 4 dance classes and up must be teacher approved.)
General Rules
Please discuss these rules with your child. Thank you!
- I agree to adhere to all uniform requirements.
- No food or drinks other than water inside the studios, classrooms or gym. No exceptions!
- No cell phones are allowed in the studios at any time. If they are inside a bag, they should be turned off.
- Hockessin Athletic Club is a large place, so please keep an eye on your children - no running or climbing on furniture PLEASE!
- All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times unless they are in class.
- All personal belongings must be left with the parents except all items needed for class.
- Please make sure you check and take all personal belongings with you before you leave the building.
- Please encourage your child to use the restroom BEFORE class begins to avoid accidents and disruptions to class.
- Please make every effort to be on time for class. Excessive lateness picking up your child may result in additional fees.
- No parents, friends or sibling are allowed in the classroom at any time. This is for the benefit of your child. They will learn more if we have their complete attention.
- If your child drops a class, a 30 day written notice is required. You will be responsible for payment until the written notice is received.

Late Fee
If your billing method on file is declined, an alternate payment must be made within 48 hours. A late fee will be charged for any payments not made by the end of the month. We accept cash, check, MC, VISA, Discover and Amex through Jackrabbit.
Payment Policy -9 Month YES
Tuition, if applicable, is based on an entire 9 month season. Our season runs from September thru May. Tuition is not based on the number of classes in a month or attendance. You may pay the entire season in full or divide it up into 9 monthly installments. The first installment is due September 10 and is non-refundable. The other installments are due by the 10th of every month, October through May and will be automatically billed to the billing method on file on the 10th of every month.
Summer Programming
Full payment will be due upon registering for our summer programs. The appropriate fees will be charged to your card on file at time of registration.
Photo Release
For valuable consideration received, I grant to Hockessin Athletic Club and Stage Stars Dance and Acro the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs that any photographer on Hockessin Athletic Club's or Stage Stars Dance and Acro's behalf has taken or may take of me or my children or in which myself or they may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection with any use if Hockessin Athletic Club or Stage Stars Dance and Acro so chooses. I release and discharge Hockessin Athletic Club and Stage Stars Dance and Acro from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of Hockessin Athletic Club.
