Release of Liability
I agree that Dance Fusion of Harrisburg and its' employees shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness (including, but not limited to, COVID-19) or loss of property that may occur while attending or participating in any classes, camps, or events affiliated with Dance Fusion of Harrisburg. In the case of an emergency, if I cannot be reached, I authorize Dance Fusion to call 911 for immediate medical attention.
Withdrawal Policy
If you choose to drop a class after the 1st of the month the current month's tuition will be due in full.
All "drops" must complete Drop/Add Form at the front desk.
If you choose to add a class, you must complete Drop/Add Form at the front desk. Tuition will be adjusted accordingly.
Additional Policies
Dance Fusion will not close for teacher workdays.
In the case of inclement weather, please refer to our website if you have not received other notifications.
Students will only be offered a make-up class if the regular dance class is cancelled on Dance Fusion's behalf.
Make-up classes will not be honored for inclement weather or due to any absence on the student's behalf.
Please take the time to put your child's name in his or her dance shoes as to eliminate any mix-ups or lost belongings.
Dance Fusion and its' employees will not be held responsible for items misplaced or left in the dance studio, reception, bathroom, or office areas.
Supervision, in our lobby, is the parent's responsibility before and after class times.
Please be prompt in picking up and dropping off your dancer.
In the event of mandated closure, Dance Fusion will transition in-person classes to a virtual platform until allowed to resume regular in-person schedule. Monthly tuition (and competition payments where appilcable) will be posted and collected as regularly scheduled.
Photo/Video Release
I hereby grant permission to Dance Fusion of Harrisburg, LLC to use photographs and/or video of my child taken during classes, rehearsals, or outside performances in publications, news releases, online, marketing campaigns, and in other communications related to the mission of Dance Fusion of Harrisburg, LLC.
Dress Code
Dance shoes can be purchased at The Sock Basket located at 9200 Harris Corners Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28269.
Dancewear can be purchased at Academy Sports, Target or The Sock Basket.
HAIR MUST BE SECURED OUT OF FACE FOR ALL DANCE CLASSES.

Any color dance leotard with pink tights.
Pink ballet slippers.
• Ages 4-5/6-8 Combination Class:
Any color dance leotard with pink tights.
Ballet skirt and dance shorts optional.
Pink ballet slippers.
Tan tap shoes with buckle.
• Ages 9-11 Ballet/Jazz Combination Class:
Any color dance leotard with pink tights.
Ballet skirt and dance shorts optional.
Pink ballet slippers.
Tan jazz shoes (slip on, bootie style).
• Ages 12 & Up Lyrical/Jazz Class:
Any color dance leotard (or sports bra) with dance shorts or jazz pants/leggings.
Tights optional.
Tan jazz shoes.
• Ages 9-11/12 & Up Tap Class:
Any color dance leotard with dance shorts or jazz pants/leggings.
Tights optional.
Black "lace up" tap shoes.
• Ages 9-11/12 & Up Hip-Hop Class:
Loose fitting dancewear/clothes.
ALL Black Sk8 High Vans (high tops).
• Ages 12 & Up Ballet Class:
Any color dance leotard with pink tights.
Ballet skirt/dance shorts optional.

• All Acro Classes:
Fitted top and bottoms, leotard, or short unitard.
Bare feet.
*Purple/Green Team Jazz & Lyrical/Contemporary Classes:
Any color leotard (or sports bra) & any color jazz shorts or leggings.
Black or Tan Jazz shoes.
*Purple/Green Team Ballet Classes:
Black leotard, pink tights & optional ballet skirt.
(No jazz shorts permitted.)
Pink ballet slippers (pointe shoes if dancer is en pointe).
Summer-General Policies
-Summer tuition will be posted on the 1st day of the month of the registered class and/or camp. Tuition is due on the first day of your child's class or camp. If fees have not been received by the end of the day on the first day of your child's class or camp, the full tuition amount will be processed to your card on file.
-Camps/classes may be canceled due to low enrollment.
-There is no registration fee if registering for Summer classes/camps ONLY.
-If you are registering for a Summer CAMP, your registration will not be complete until you have paid a $25.00 non-refundable deposit (per camp). The deposit amount will be posted to you account once we have received your registration.
-All classes and camps run Monday-Thursday.
-Hair must be secured away from face.
-The studio will open 15 minutes prior to the start of the first class of the evening.
-Please bring a water bottle to class/camp.
-A snack will be provided for 3 hour camps.
-Dancers should be dressed appropriately for class/camp and bring necessary shoes.
-Dance wear & shoes can be purchased at The Sock Basket, Target, Wal-Mart or Academy Sports.
Payment Policy
Payment is accepted by Dance Fusion in the form of Cash, Check & MasterCard, Visa, Discover & Amex.
**2020-2021 season registration will NOT be complete until your $30.00 ($20.00 for each additional sibling) registration fee(s) has been paid. Once your online registration has been received, the registration fee will be processed to your card on file.
*POSTED vs PROCESSED: Posted=fee made available/viewable in your account on the Parent Portal. Processed=fee charged to your card on file.*
**For anyone registering BEFORE September 1, 2020 for the 2020-2021 season, your monthly tuition will automatically post to your account (you will not be charged) for the month of September. This way you will know, in advance, what your monthly tuition will be for the season. However, the first month of tuition it is not due until September 1, 2020.
Monthly tuition payments will be posted to your account on the 1st of every month. Payments not received by the 15th of the month will be processed to your card on file with an additional $15.00 late fee.
Any additional fees will be posted to your account in advance. If fees have not been paid prior to their due date, full amounts due will be processed to your card on file ON their due date.
Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month, September-May.
Payments not received by the 15th of the month will be considered late and will incur a $15.00 late fee.
Tuition is never pro-rated for missed classes or closed dates.
Tuition is a yearly fee split into equal monthly payments for our customers' convenience.
There will be a $25 returned check/NSF fee.
Payment for tuition and other fees will be collected on the 1st of each month by the credit card on file.
A recital costume fee ($75-$100 per class/costume) will be due no later than December 11th.
A recital participation fee of $60.00 per family will be due no later than March 12th.
This fee will cover the cost of one (1) recital t-shirt per student & two (2) tickets to the end of year recital.
Payments made towards monthly tuition, recital costume fees, and/or recital participation fees are non-refundable.
