Covid-19
- Face covering must be worn at all times inside the studio. (City of Fort Collins Emergency Rules and Regulations orders) Students without a face covering can purchase a mask for $ 5.00 which will be charged to their credit card on file.
- Touchless temperature reading will be taken upon entering the studio.
- Students must wash hands and or sanitize after entering the studio.
- Spatial distancing of 6ft whenever possible.
Tuition & Supply Kit Fee
Group class tuition is $105.00 per month for a 1 hour per week class.
Discounted Family Rate; 20% off 2nd member, 30% off 3rd member, 50% off each additional family members monthly tuition. (Applicable to immediate family members only).
Tuition is for the full month and cannot be paid per lesson attended. Tuition is due on the 1st of the month and will be charged with the authorized credit card on file in the Studio H database. Please note that we do not offer refunds on tuition that has already been paid. Tuition for no-show and expired make-up classes are not refundable.
Supply Kit Fee
A one-time program/supply fee will be added to the first tuition payment for each medium program. This fee covers all materials, paints, and supplies used in the studio during the chosen medium program.

*Canvas package fee is additional and not part of the supply kit fees. This package includes all of the canvases required to complete the chosen medium program.
Attendance
- There are no walk-in classes. All classes are pre-scheduled.
- Students should not attend class if sick. Parents/Guardians please do not bring sick students to class.
- If a student cannot make it to their scheduled class, please call and notify the studio by using the student/parent portal, email, text, or phone call within 24 hours before the student's scheduled class time and a make-up class will be added on the student's file. Please do not use any third party web sites or other social media sites to contact Studio H as these sites are not always accurate, updated, and may not provide real time notification.
- A "No-show" is a student that does not attend class without prior notification of absence to the studio.
- There will be no makeup class(es) offered if the student is a no-show.
- If a student is a "No-show" for 2 tuition billing cycles in a row they will be dropped from enrollment at the end of the 2nd month.
- Studio H, LLC may close classes at any time due to low enrollment. If a student was scheduled for this class time they will be notified and will need to choose another day and time available on the studio schedule.
- Studio H, LLC may open classes at any time. A wait list may be created and when the number of students on the wait list meet or exceed the minimum enrollment for the class, it will open. All students on the wait list will be notified by email and on their student/parent portal.
Studio Premises
- Parents/Guardians may briefly observe their students while they are working and then leave the studio area.
- In order to minimize disruption of classes still in session, we ask that students not enter the studio earlier than 10 minutes prior to their start time.
- Parents/Guardians please arrive at the studio on time to pick up students after class. A late fee of $20.00 may be charged if a student is not picked up after 10 minutes past their scheduled class ending time.
- Parking is limited at the studio (5 spaces). Parents/Guardians we encourage a pick up and drop off of the students whenever possible. If you will be parking for extended time and there are no parking spots available, please park on the upper level parking lot located in the front of the building or additional parking is always available on either of the side streets.
Studio Closures
We generally follow Poudre School District's holiday calendar and are closed on the following days:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Halloween
Please note: These closures are considered "holiday closures" and are subject to our make-up class policy.
The following holidays and vacation weeks are not subject to make-up classes, roll-over, or tuition credit:
- Spring break March 15-19 (1 week)
- Week of Thanksgiving (1 week)
- Week of Christmas through New Year's Day (2 weeks)
Inclement Weather: For the safety of our students, their families, and our employees, Studio H, LLC may close during times of inclement weather and or adverse weather of greater duration or intensity than normally expected. We will indicate the closure on the student/parent portal and send out an email and or text for the students that were scheduled on the day and time of the closure. This closure is subject to our make-up class policy. No roll-over or tuition credits will be given for closure due to weather.
Make-up Class
If a class time is missed and the student is eligible for a make-up class the student is responsible for scheduling and confirming his or her make-up classes with Studio H. Parents/Guardians are responsible for scheduling and confirming their child's student(s) make-up classes with Studio H. A student may schedule no more than two make up classes per month. Makeup classes must be completed within 30 days from the date of the student's class absence and are not transferable to other students. Please note make-up classes are not guaranteed, they are offered based on class size and schedule availability.
Cancellation & Drop
Cancellations must be made in writing with 10 days notification directly to Studio H which includes using the student/parent portal, emailing, texting, mailed letter, letter received in drop box, or an information request through the Studio H website. A cancellation attempt made through a third party website, other social media site, or any other form will not be accepted. In order to prevent additional monthly billing of tuition a written notice must be received 10 days prior to the end of the month. If the credit card on file is declined and the student or parent cannot make a payment by the student's first class of the month or a "no show" occurs on the student's first scheduled date of the month the student will be considered inactive and dropped from enrollment; Their prior reserved day(s) and class time(s) will be removed from the studio schedule and moved to an inactive student status. Upon cancellation or being dropped please take home any artwork and supplies brought, purchased, or used as part of the supply kit. Supplies remaining after 30 days from cancellation or drop date without notification will become the sole property of Studio H, LLC.
Recurring Electronic Payment
I authorize regularly scheduled charges to my credit card. I understand I will be charged at the current group rate amount indicated in the tuition section on the 1st day of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday the payments may be executed on the next business day. In addition to tuition there may be new supply kit fees or other items for sale that may be added with or without tuition upon your authorization. A receipt for each payment will be emailed to the address provided when registering. I agree that no prior notification will be provided unless a request for additional number of classes attended is submitted and agreed upon.
Acceptance & Authorization
I authorize Studio H, LLC to charge my credit card each month for payment of art classes and agree to the tuition as stated and agreed upon per the class schedule. I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transactions on my account. I agree to make any changes to my credit card account information and will be notified if there are any issues with processing the credit card on file. If a card is declined it must be corrected or replaced with a different card before student can attend their first class of the month. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until I cancel it in writing and submit this request to Studio H, LLC at least 10 days prior to the next billing date. I acknowledge that the origination of debt transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and will not dispute these scheduled transactions with my financial institution or credit card company; as long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated on the registration and policy form.
