Weather Policy
Any closings or cancellations will be announced by 7am of the camp day. If we close due to weather, you will be given the opportunity to use your camp day for an alternate day within 3 months. We do not offer refunds for delayed openings, closing early or days that run on regular schedule during weather events.

Express assumption of risk: I, the undersigned, am aware that there are significant risks involved in any physical training regimen. These risks include, but are not limited to: falls which can result in serious injury or death, injury or death due to negligence on the part of myself, my training partner, or other people around me, injury or death due to improper use or failure of equipment. Injury may also result simply from the fact of physical training itself.
As physical exercise and fitness training can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, Wake Forest Ninja Academy, Inc., urges you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity. You (each client, guest, and all participating family members) agree that if you engage in any physical exercise or activity, or use any gym amenity on the premises or off premises, including any sponsored gym event, you do so entirely at your own risk.
You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and use of these facilities and premises and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death. We are also not responsible for any loss of your personal property.
If I am signing on behalf of a minor child, I also give full permission for any person connected with Wake Forest Ninja Academy to administer first aid deemed necessary, and in case of serious illness or injury, I give permission to call for medical and or surgical care for the child and to transport the child to a medical facility deemed necessary for the well being of the child.
This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of (1) your use of all amenities and equipment in the facility and your participation in any activity, class or instruction, (2) the sudden and unforeseen malfunctioning of any equipment, (3) our instruction, training and supervision (4) your slipping and/or falling while in the building, or on the premises, including adjacent sidewalks and parking areas.
I hereby grant Wake Forest Ninja Academy, Inc. permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including website, facebook or instagram posts without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Wake Forest Ninja Academy and will not be returned. I hereby irrevocably authorize Wake Forest Ninja Academy, Inc to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing in any programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph.
I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Wake Forest Ninja Academy. Inc from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I am 21 years of age and am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
You acknowledge that you have carefully read this "waiver and release" and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You expressly agree to release and discharge the gym, and all affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, successors, or assigns, from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against the gym for personal injury or property damage.
To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of the facility, its agents, and employees.
If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect, and the offending provision of provisions severed here from.
By registering, you also agree to receive emails from Wake Forest Ninja Academy, Inc.

In order for my child to receive the necessary medical treatment in the event of an injury or illness, I hereby authorize Wake Forest Ninja Academy and their staff members to obtain medical treatment including transportation to a medical facility if deemed necessary by the staff of Wake Forest Ninja Academy. I hereby hold them and their representatives harmless in their exercise of this authority.

Payment is expected at registration for All Track Out Camps and ALL Birthday Parties. After registering, please log in to your parent portal to make payment. Your camp/party is not confirmed until payment is received. If you fail to make payment, you authorize Wake Forest Ninja Academy to run your card on file for payment in full for your reservation. If payment is not able to be processed, your registration will be deleted form the system.

We do not accept cancellations and no credits will be given if your child is unable to attend any days the week they are enrolled in camp if your week has already started.

We require a 2 week notice to process a full refund.

?Any notice with less than two weeks given before the start of your camp week, will receive a 50% credit on your account to be used for future visits. The other 50% will be forfeited.
