NO REFUNDS!
Once a session begins there are absolutely NO REFUNDS on classes for any reason.
Annual registration/anniversary fees are NON refundable and non negotiable in any circumstance. They cover your students insurance and membership on a 12 month basis, are due the session before they expire.
A written 30 day notice MUST be given to the administrator to discontinue automatic billing for any Team/Monthly fee scheduled program or to DROP from said programs without penalty.
Any purchase made in the pro shop is exchangeable/returnable with receipt/proof of purchase within 15 days for a full refund, providing the product is in like new condition with original packaging and tags in tact. Refund will be issued in the manner of initial payment.
COVID-19 Release
As an Addendum to the Waiver you have previously signed with us as a member, you agree and understand the following:
By entering this facility, you are aware that you agree to fully accept all known and unknown risks, including the potential risk of exposure to respiratory illnesses such as the coronavirus (COVID-19). The coronavirus is primarily transmitted via exhaled respiratory droplets, most often through coughing and sneezing. These droplets can travel up to six feet and are more commonly transmitted between persons rather than from equipment to persons.
Although we regularly sanitize our equipment and presently are using enhanced cleaning methods and enforcing social distancing in our facility, you understand that you may be exposed to the coronavirus or its symptoms through no fault of our own. Known coronavirus symptoms include fever, coughing, shortness of breath, pneumonia, kidney failure, and may include other symptoms, stroke or even death (collectively "Symptoms"). You understand and agree that you will hold us harmless and you will not hold us liable for any real or perceived Symptoms of COVID-19 or any other disease, illness, or condition, nor for exacerbating any existing symptoms, and you fully agree to accept all risks of entering the facility, using the equipment, working with personal trainers, attending classes, and/or interacting or being exposed to other members.
Release of Liability
I understand that athletic and recreational activities involve some risk OF ACCIDENT OR INJURY. I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AIRBORNE GYMNASTICS CLUB, KAMILAH JONES AND THEIR AFFILIATES AND TO HOLD AIRBORNE GYMNASTICS CLUB, KAMILAH JONES AND ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND JUDGMENTS ARISING AT ANY TIME WHEN I AND/ OR MY MINOR CHILD PARTICIPATE IN GYMNASTIC PROGRAMS OR ANY PROGRAM ACTIVITY. THEREFORE MY CHOICE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY PROGRAM, ACTIVITY OR FACILITY AND THE USE OF ITS EQUIPMENT, IS AT MY OWN RISK. I UNDERSTAND THAT AIRBORNE GYMNASTICS CLUB, KAMILAH JONES OR ITS AFFILIATE'S DO NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE FOR PARTICIPANTS, NOR DOES IT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENTS OF INJURY. I ALSO GRANT AIRBORNE GYMNASTICS CLUB USA PERMISSION TO USE FOR ANY OFFICIAL PURPOSE ANY PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOTAPES, RECORDING OR ANY OTHER RECORDS OF PROGRAM ACTIVITIES DEPICTING MYSELF OF MY MINOR CHILD THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS TRUE TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE. I AUTHORIZE MY INSURANCE BENEFITS BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE PHYSICIAN. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BALANCE. I ALSO AUTHORIZE AIRBORNE GYMNASTICS CLUB USA: INSTRUCTOR KAMILAH JONES OR INSURANCE COMPANY TO RELEASE ANY INFORMATION REQUIRED TO PROCESS MY CLAIMS. HAVE CAREFULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO AIRBORNE GYMNASTICS CLUB AND KAMILAH JONES' POLICIES AS STATED ABOVE
Medical Emergencies
I AUTHORIZE AIRBORNE GYMNASTICS CLUB. KAMILAH JONES AND AFFILIATES AND PERSONNEL ASSOCIATE WITH ITS PROGRAMS AND EVENTS TO ACT IN MY BEHALF, TO AUTHORIZE MEDICAL TREATMENT TO UPON, OR THE BENEFIT OF MYSELF AND/ OR MINOR CHILD, FOR MINOR INJURY WHICH MAY OCCUR FROM OUR PARTICIPATION IN AIRBORNE GYMNASTIC CLUB PROGRAMS. I UNDERSTAND THAT SUCH TREATMENT SHALL BE MY FULL RESPONSIBILITY. IN THE EVENT OF A MORE SERIOUS INJURY THAT MAY OCCUR THAT MAY REQUIRE EMERGENCY TREATMENT, I AUTHORIZE SUCH PERSONNEL TO SEE THAT MYSELF AND/OR MINOR CHILD IS TRANSPORTED TO AND TREATED AT THE NEAREST MEDICAL FACILITY, WITH THE RELATED EXPENSE BEING MY FULL RESPONSIBILITY.
Payment Policies
When you begin a class session, camp or other "service" at Airborne Gymnastics Club USA you are agreeing to the following:
I represent and warrant that if I am purchasing something or paying for a service from this facility or from other merchants through this facility that (i) any credit card or bank account draft (ACH Draft) information I supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by me will be honored by my credit card company or financial institution, and (iii) I will pay the charges incurred by me at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties.
I hereby authorize (if online payment is made or autopay information is provided) this facility to charge my ACH draft, or credit card account. I understand that a 30 day written notice is required to terminate billing and I am responsible for payment whether or not my student attends classes until I notify this facility in writing to drop my student from class(es).
Should I dispute a charge through my financial institution this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.
• Sessions CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT: Payments are made per session for customers at the main Studio. and you don't have to worry about your spot being taken. You are guaranteed your spot all year long.
• Our mobile classes use monthly tuition payments. They are based on an average of four classes per month. No additional charge is assessed for months that offer five classes. In months where holidays, gym closings, snow days, etc. affect the schedule of classes, no tuition is reduced. If you should receive five classes during the month instead of four it will be considered a makeup for classes missed while we are closed for holidays, gym closings, snow days, etc.
We offer continuous enrollment so you can join a class at anytime as long as there are open spots in the class. We will pro rate the tuition accordingly.
• Tuition is not prorated for absences
• Payments for classes are due at the time of Registration. This enables us to keep a more accurate count of how many students are enrolled for each class without overbooking classes.
*Spot guaranteed as long as you don't withdraw and fees are up to date.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
** Each family is required to have a credit/debit card on file for payments. Please register with all of your information online.
Mobile classes tuition is paid monthly: Tuition is due on the 25th of each month for the following month.
Options for making payments before the 25th of each month:
If payment is made prior to the 25th of the month by one of the options listed below then no fees will be charged to your credit/debit card on file.
Payments may be made in person with cash. Payments may be made with a personal check. Please make your check payable to Airborne Gymnastics Club USA, LLC and please note the student's name, class, day and the time on the memo portion of your check. A $35.00 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.Payments may be made with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Remember, any remaining balances on the 25th of the month will be charged to your credit/debit card on file. This is done automatically so you will not have to worry about losing your child's/(ren's) spot in class.
If there are changes to your credit/debit card the new information must be received by the 20th of the month. If your payment doesn't go through for any reason you will be charged a $30.00 decline fee. If delinquent tuition is not paid before the first of the month, your child(ren) will be tagged inactive by the computer, will be un-enrolled, and children on the waiting list will be called. Once we have received a bad check, all future tuition must be paid with cash or credit/debit card.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
If you need to become inactive in the program, a written withdrawal notice MUST BE received by the 20th of the month prior to withdrawal.
Please Note:
UNLESS WE RECEIVE PROPER NOTICE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NEXT MONTH'S BILLING TUITION.
** By signing your child(ren) up for classes at Airborne Gymnastics Club USA you agree to the above payment policy.
OPEN GYM FEES:
$20.00 drop in fee. This is paid when you arrive or prepaid online.
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE:
This fee is $50 per member. Registration is due at the time of initial enrollment and renewed annually each year thereafter in their anniversary month. This fee covers the cost of insurance as well as registering and maintaining family records. This registration fee applies to ALL programs at Airborne Gymnastics Club USA
FAMILY DISCOUNT:
There is a 10% discount for each additional member of the immediate family calculated on the instructional gymnastics class(es) at Airborne Gymnastics Club USA Private lessons are not included.
DROP PROCEDURE:
PARENTS MUST NOTIFY THE GYM TO DROP A STUDENT FROM CLASS.
Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student's classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify the staff VIA WRITTEN NOTICE. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student's account will be charged for the additional 30 days. This charge will be for holding the student's place in that class instead of offering that place to one of the many on a waiting list.
Because of our strict student to teacher ratio, missed classes will not result in make-up classes, prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP:
Be sure your student arrives at the very least 5-10 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.

REFUND POLICY:
Airborne Gymnastics Club USA does not offer credits and/or refunds for cancelled of classes due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather or any other reason. All sales are final for any product and/or service purchased and/or provided by AGCU
PLEASE NOTE:
Schedule subject to change based on availability. Please call ahead to assure that your class is available. The minimum class size is 3 children and we reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum number of children. You are more than welcome to join a class at anytime as long as there are available spots in the class. We will prorate the tuition accordingly.
Make Up Policy
Make up classes are offered through scheduled private lessons. Private lesson are $50 for one hour and you may schedule it with your child's instructor then register at airbornegymatl.com. Airborne Gymnastics Club is dedicated to your child's gymnastics instruction!
Attendance is an important part of learning new gymnastics skills. However, we
understand that kids and parents have busy lives, and may occasionally miss a
gymnastics class. We want to make sure that your kids are able to make up occasional
absences, without overloading our coaches or other classes.
Assumption of Risk
Safety is our number one concern at Airborne Gymnastics Club and even though all of our instructors are Safety Certified and we use only the best equipment and mats, there is still an intrinsic risk in the sport of gymnastics. Participating in gymnastics involves, motion, rotation, and height in a unique environment and as such, carries with it a reasonable assumption of risk.e here
