Covid-19 Policies
1. Refunds will be provided in the event that Covid-19 prevents us from running in-person classes in September.
2. If throughout the 2020-2021 season we are unable to physically be in the studio, we will move all classes online (virtually).
3. Dancers will be given a choice to continue with virtual classes or receive a credit for the missed classes. This credit will not expire and can be used towards camps or classes.
Parent Waiver
I agree to the registration information, policies and principles of A.B. Dance Inc. Andrea and Ashley Barnes, all teachers and staff, employees and assistants from any and all liability actions, negligence, or lawsuits arising from any activity while in the studio, while using studio facilities or in studio vicinity and/or in relation to any travels conducted by A.B. Dance Inc., including dance competitions attended by AB Dance. I hereby allow AB Dance Inc. to use photos of myself and/or my children for promotional use at any time.
Payment Policy
I agree to the terms of AB Dance inc payment policy. I agree to a 30 day refund policy and the NSF charges.

Fee Schedule:
Term 1 - Date of registration
Term 2 - Dec. 1st 2020
Term 3 - March 1st 2021
NSF:
If a payment is rejected due to insufficient funds there will be a $50.00 NSF charge that will automatically be charged to the account on file.
REFUND POLICY:
Term fees are non- refundable after the 4th week of the term. Fees will not be refunded for missed classes or classes taken. Should you sustain an injury that prevents you from completing the season, we will (with doctor's note) transfer any unused fees to the following season. Costume fees are non-refundable.
Dance fees must be paid in full by the due dates in order to attend class.
