Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge, understand and agree that in participating in aerial circus and parkour activities there is a possibility of physical injury/illness (both acute and permanent) and that my child/myself is assuming risk of injury/illness by participation.
Release of Liability
I assume full responsibility for my child's participation. Circus in the Trees strives to provide a maximum in safety procedures and guidelines, and cannot assume responsibility for any accident, injuries or illness (including but not limited to CoVid19) that may occur.
Medical Emergencies
I hereby authorize Circus in the Trees and its representatives to consent to immediate injury or illness treatment for my child when I cannot be immediately reached for consent. I also give Circus in the Trees and its representatives consent to administer the necessary care/first aid to stabilize and/or improve the current injury/condition that my child may have sustained during activities related to Circus in the Trees instruction, practices, or performances.
Payment Information
Circus In The Trees season has multiple sessions; Each varies in length between 3 -12 weeks. The fee listed with each class reflects the length of the current session.
Our preferred method of payment is e-tansfer but the session fee can be paid in cash or cheque as well.
E-transfers should be sent to circusinthetrees@gmail.com ... cheques or cash can be dropped off at the office between 9:00-4:00 Monday-Friday.
Session Fees are due by your first class.
School Policies
Students are not allowed to participate in class until the online registration process is complete.
No credits are given for missed classes.
Make-up classes may be permitted in another comparable class if space permits but are not guaranteed. This is not possible in any aerial class in the spring session when we are working on the end of season show.
Teen and Adult students are allowed make-up classes in any of the Aerial Conditioning or Parkour Fit classes. Please arrange with coaches know in advance.
Classes cancelled due to teacher unavailability, or scheduling conflicts will be make up at another point during the year, however classes cancelled due to bad weather will not be rescheduled.
