Group Classes:
Our program will have swimmer with all ages and abilities in each class. The beauty of this method is to have peer modeling and individualized swim progression.
Younger age swimmers will use a flotation belt system to help them gain balance and confidence in the water. Children begin with 4 floats on their belt, and as they learn how to balance, the floats are gradually removed until a child is swimming on their own.
Teachers follow a plan to introduce new swimming and water safety skills that are developmentally appropriate for children of all ages.
Each class is loaded with enjoyable, engaging and challenging activities that motivate children to want to perform and learn to swim.
Parent and Child program is for parents and their kids around ages 6 months to 3 years old.
Swim Team Prep is an hour class which prepares advanced swimmers for the swim team experience. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards on their own to qualify for this class.
