Pool Rules
Speed limit on camp grounds is 15 mph. Please drive carefully and be aware of pedestrian traffic.
All siblings must remain with an adult at the poolside and not left unattended on camp grounds
Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
Swim diapers and a protective cover is required for those who are not potty trained.
Do not walk in fins on the pool deck.
Disclosure
I am completely aware of the risks involved in participating in swim lessons at South Sound Swim School, located at Black Diamond Camps, 19830 SE 328th PL, Auburn, WA 98082. By agreeing to this registration, I agree to hold harmless South Sound Swim, Inc., Erica Woodcock, and Black Diamond Camps from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities to or by third parties arising from, resulting from, or connected with the participation in swim instruction, special events, or classes. As the parent or legal guardian of the registered participant, I give my full consent for the minor or adult to participate in swim lessons and understand that the minor or adult does this at his or her own risk.
Absences and Makeups
Please contact South Sound Swim and Safety 24 hours prior to the absence to ensure that the absence is marked and a make up is approved to be scheduled. Once a makeup has been approved parents are to research current open spots available and send Erica which day and time they wish to schedule a makeup. Please note that if you have multiple students make sure you have enough open spots for all children if wishing to attend a makeup.
Payment and Refund Policy
Tuition is due the 1st of the month.
A 5-Day grace period is given after the 1st of the month.
After the 5th of the month a $15 late fee is applied.
A 2-week notice is required to stop lessons.
Tuition is charged regardless of absence.
No make-up lessons are given without notice 24 hours prior to start of class.
South Sound Swim and Safety reserves the right to refuse service to those not in accordance with the payment policy.
Refunds for changing classes will come in the form of account credits. Full refunds need to be processed prior to the start of the 1st class date and must be submitted in writing to South Sound Swim and Safety. All other refunds are subject to determination based upon the information provided in regards to the refund requested.
