Once enrolled Registration and MonthlyTuition is non-refundable.
If enrolled in the Initial Series of lessons for Survival Swimming Program, Parent & Tot, or Special Abilities Program:
Tuition for for the 1st full month or 1st partial month is due at the time of registration to reserve the lesson times and then on a monthly basis on the 25th of the prior month.
If enrolled in Monthly Practice Programs or Beginner Stroke Programs (1 to 4 times weekly):
Payment for the entire month needs to be paid by the 25th of the prior month. Payments not paid by the 1st will be subject to a $20 late fee.
By the 8th of the month you will be removed from the schedule and will have to pay your balance to be rescheduled. Lessons are
paid in advance. For your convenience you can set up automatic reoccurring payments at the Parent Portal to avoid late fees. Tuition is subject to increase at anytime. There is an annual registration fee of $50 for individual and $75 for family.
Cancellation Policy/ Make-up Policy
To cancel a lesson: due to sudden illness, family emergency, etc. please email schedule @flipkick.org.
Leave a message clearly stating the swimmer's name, day, and time of lesson you are canceling. In order to be eligible for a make-up
you must cancel prior to 8 am of the day of the lesson. Make-up days and times are not guaranteed and are based on availability. You
will still be responsible the tuition for canceled lessons. A No Show/ No Cancel student is not eligible for a make-up lesson.
To cancel permanently from a Perpetual Practice Program or Stroke Program: you must give 30 day written notice.
All monthly Practice and Stroke Classes are scheduled out monthly and you must complete through the end of the notice month. No early or middle of the month cancellations are accepted. You will be responsible and charged for the entire following month.
Registration Fees and Tuition are non-refundable. When you register your child you are reserving a slot for your
child. By reserving the slot you are agreeing to pay for your reserved spot independent of your child's attendance.
To be eligible for make-ups, proper procedures described in the cancellation policy must be followed. Missed make-ups will not be
rescheduled and all make-ups must be booked in the same month of the canceled class. We will not make-up a make-up.
Schedule Change Policy/ Tardiness/ Inclement Weather and Closings
Schedule changes must be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Each family is limited to TWO monthly
schedule change based on availability and is not guaranteed.
Monthly Practice and Stroke Program only: Families will not be charged tuition for the absence of a child due to a scheduled
vacation (not to exceed 2 weeks and up to 2 vacations in one year excluding the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas) if 30 day
written notice is given.
If you are late we will make our best effort to accommodate a full lesson time however cannot guarantee it. Lessons run every 10 minutes back to back.
Inclement Weather/ Closings
If there is a closing make-up days will be offered.
Lessons are approximately 10 minutes in length. Time may be adjusted (increased/ decreased) daily as needed to accommodate each
Any swimmer who is not potty trained must wear a disposable swim diaper under a reusable swim diaper. Two diapers at all times.
If an accident happens in the pool and the swim diaper policy and dietary guidelines are not followed there there will be a $35 clean up
charge. Diapers may not be disposed of in any facility trash can: they must be taken off the premises with you.
Please keep children with you at all times. Children cannot be left unattended in the facilities.
In consideration for teaching my child or children to swim by Flipkick Swim Academy, LLC, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE,
DISCHARGE, and HOLD HARMLESS Flipkick Swim Academy, LLC, its employees, offices, agents, directors, landlord,
volunteers and Kona Pollock Morren, individually (hereinafter referred to as RELEASEES) form any and all liability, claims,
demands, actions and causes of acion whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or personal injury including, but
not limited to, illness or death, that may be sustained by my child/children, or to any property belonging to my child/children,
while at Flipkick Swim Academy, LLC, whether my child/children is in the pool being taught or on the pool property.
I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with my child/children participating in swimming lessons or
allowing my child/children to play around a pool, including the risk of physical injury or disability as the result of such injury,
and I am voluntarily allowing my child/children to participate in said actvity, and to enter the above named premises and
engage in such actvity. I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF LOSS, PROPERTY
DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY that may be sustained, or any loss or damage to property as a result of being engaged in
I further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any loss, liability,
damages,judgments, suits, claims cost, attorney fees or costs that may incur due to my child's/children's
participation in swimming lessons with Flipkick Swim Academy, LLC.
It is my express intent that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of my family and
spouse (if any), if I am alive, and my heirs, assignees and personal representative, if I am not alive, and shall be
deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, AND DISCHARGE of the above named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree
that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the
S!tate of Texas.
I understand that the RELEASEES will not be responsible for any medical costs associated with any injury.!
IN ACKNOWLEDGING THIS RELEASE, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND!
HOLD HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND STATEMENTS OR INDUCEMENTS, APART FROM THE FOREGOING!
WRITTEN AGREEMENT, HAVE BEEN MADE; AM AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE AND FULLY COMPETENT; AND I!
EXECUTE THIS RELEASE, ON BEHALF OF MY CHILD/CHILDREN, FOR FULL, ADEQUATE, AND COMPLETE CONSIDERATION FULLY!
INTENDING TO BE BOUND BY THE SAME.
