Tuition Guidelines
A credit/debit card needs to be on file to complete fall/spring registration.
There are NO refunds on tuition, membership, trials, events, or payments of any kind.
Any schedule adjustments made by the parent will result in tuition change for the following tuition auto-draft, no credits will be given for
dropping class mid-semester. We will prorate tuition for class(es) added mid-semester and update tuition. A $25 late fee will be assessed if the credit/debit card transaction is declined for any reason.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal Process
A Withdrawal Form must be filled out at the Front Desk or sent via email to info@trilogydancecenter.com. No withdrawals will be accepted over the phone. There is a $50 withdrawal fee if a student withdraws mid-semester as this is a year long commitment. There is no withdrawal fee for those on the semester or annual plans.
There are NO refunds on tuition, membership, trials, events, or payments of any kind.
Registration fee will be re-applied if dancer continues at a later date within the same school year period.
Payment Information
I give permission to Trilogy Dance Center to draft payment for its services from the credit card I have provided. My payment plans have been discussed with me by a member of TDC staff. I understand that I will pay for tuition by automatic payments set up on a credit or debit card. I understand there are no refunds or credits on payments of any kind.
San Antonio Dance Festival OPT IN
I understand Trilogy Dance Center WILL include San Antonio Dance Festival fees in my established payment plan. I understand that by OPTING IN for Performance Auto-Payments, my dancer IS registered to perform at the Trilogy event.
IF YOU WISH TO OPT OUT, YOU MUST INDICATE IN THE COMMENTS SECTION OF YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION OR YOUR PHYSICAL REGISTRATION FORM AT THE STUDIO. If I choose to opt out of Performance Auto-Payments, my dancer is NOT registered to perform at the Trilogy event. I understand I may still register for either performance with the Front Desk by the deadline stated in email communication and must pay based on the current published rates at the time of subsequent Opt In registration. IF YOU WISH TO OPT OUT, YOU MUST INDICATE IN THE COMMENTS SECTION OF YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION OR YOUR PHYSICAL REGISTRATION FORM AT THE STUDIO.
End of Year Show OPT IN

Release of Liability
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Trilogy Dance Center, it's owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Trilogy Dance Center, it's owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
Medical Emergency
The undersigned gives permission to Trilogy Dance Center, it's owners and operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I will hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.
Photo/Video release
As the legal parent or guardian, I grant permission for the use of my child's image in dance class or on stage for Trilogy promotional videos and pictures to include, but not limited to brochures, posters, and promotional videos for display, distribution, publication, and/or transmission.
Dress Code
Dress code must be followed, no exceptions.

Trial students may wear black leotard with pink tights (ballet) or leotard with black jazz shorts ( jazz).
Trial students for tap and/or hip hop may wear any solid color tank or t shirt with no logos or patterns, with black sweatpants, basketball shorts, or baggy pants.
Hair must be in a secure bun for all ballet classes. Use bobby pins, hairnets and hairspray.
Hair must be in a secure ponytail for all other classes. Use bobby pins and hairspray.
No jewelry. Small stud earrings are acceptable.
Pink tights are only for ballet class and should not be worn in jazz or any other style of class.
Any hip hop or dance sneaker must be for the dance studios only and not worn in the street.
Dancers must wear a cover up to and from the studio.
No dance shoes outside! No street shoes in the dance studios T, D, and C.
Adult/Teen classes may wear dance or yoga wear of their choice.
School Policy
All students, parents and teachers will understand and uphold the following Trilogy policies, classroom etiquette and dress code:
Make up classes are permitted within 30 days from the time class is missed in any class of their level or lower. Makeup classes MUST be scheduled with the Front Desk in advance.
TDC is a gossip free school.
TDC is a gum free school.
Only water in dance studio rooms and dressing room.
Food and drinks are permitted in the dancers lounge only.
Students should be picked up promptly once class is over and will remain inside the school until then.
Cell phones are permitted in the common areas of the school only, not in the dance studios.
No street shoes in the dance studios T,D, and C. No dance shoes in the street.
Wear cover ups and street shoes to and from the school.
All students must comply with dress code and appropriate hair.
Classes may be observed by parents at the observation windows. Please keep these visits brief and non-distracting. No video taping or photographing from observation windows.
Trust in the faculty and staff is imperative for a positive relationship between parent, student, and instructor.
Discuss concerns or questions with faculty or office staff only.
Trilogy is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home.
If there is only one student that shows up for class, it is considered a private lesson and the class will be shortened to half the allotted time.

Classroom Etiquette
Dancers do not enter class until the teacher calls them in. Students will enter quietly, without running.
Arrive 15 minutes before class to change and prepare and use the restroom.
Arriving late and leaving early to class is not acceptable. If a student is late they may enter the class without talking and sit by the door until the teacher invites them to join the class.
If a student is more than 15 minutes late they will not be permitted to take class.
No walking in tap shoes in the hallway. Bring your shoes into the dance studio with you.
No street shoes in dance studios T, D, or C.
Take class with a positive attitude.
Listen to every correction and apply it.
Project positive body language. Students should take class with their arms by their side, not crossed or on hips, and maintain eye contact with the Instructor.
Show appreciation to fellow dancers by clapping after every class (except ballet), and by thanking your instructor (all classes).
Keep eyes on instructor and take class quietly.
Bring water into class only.
Sorry is not necessary when a mistake is made in class.
Leaning on barres or walls is disrespectful.
Parents are not allowed in the classroom.
Respect all instructors and classmates.
Pick up your belongings and maintain an orderly studio. We recommend initialing your items. Lost and Found items will be kept for a week and then donated to Goodwill.
