Registration, Payment and Policies
• An annual registration fee of $40 will be billed on September 1st for the first 5 (consecutive) years of the student's participation with Infinity Ballet prior to being grandfathered. Your initial registration will be prorated if registering after the first of January.
• Your tuition payment is due on the first of each month. Your credit card on file will be charged for class tuition due on the first day of the month. It is your responsibility to change your classes prior to one week before the first of the month either on our portal or by notifying us in writing if you would like to make a change or discontinue participating in a class. Accounts that are overdue more than 10 days will be charged a $10 late fee. After 45 days with payment in arrears, the dancer will need to reinstate their registration prior to taking lessons.
• All Tuition Payments are Non-Refundable, including all payments made in advance.
• Infinity Ballet does NOT follow the Wake County School Schedules for holiday or inclement weather closings. Closings are listed on the class schedule form (found also on our website.) In the event of inclement weather, a message will be left on the Infinity Ballet office answering machine and or sent via email/text that you have provided, usually after 2:00 pm of any day in question.
• I will call IBC office if my dancer is unable to attend a lesson. Attendance is mandatory to maintain status in class levels and make-up lessons are available in an approved class within a ten week period of a missed class as long as the student is registered and actively participating in at least one weekly lesson. I understand and agree to this policy.
• All health and medical conditions that may arise, including medications prescribed, during the time your dancer is participating in dance lessons or activities with Infinity Ballet are to be reported to the office staff to inform the teacher prior to taking lessons.
• Infinity Ballet office staff must have notice if I give permission for my student to leave or carpool with someone other than the parents/guardians indicated on the registration form.
Photos, Videoing and Performances
• I hereby give permission for images of my child, captured by infinity Ballet photographers and videographers during rehearsals, performances, classroom and virtual lessons and programs to be used solely for the purposes of Infinity Ballet material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
• I understand that personal use of photographic images of Infinity Ballet lessons and rehearsals, including the posting of these to any social media websites, is not permitted without the written approval of the director.
• Performance opportunities at Infinity Ballet are offered by Infinity Ballet Theatre (IBT), a non-profit organization that is a separate legal entity and registration for performance opportunities is not required to participate in IBC classes.
• Though Infinity Ballet teachers work for both organizations, a dancer's participation in performances with Infinity Ballet Theatre requires a separate registration and payment. (For more information about how your dancer may participate in performances, please see our receptionist).

I undertand that In Studio Classes will be limited in capacity to ensure safe distancing and that if I sign my dancer up for a virtual class it does not guarantee a spot in the studio classroom. I also understand that Infinity Ballet will diligently practice sanitizing the studio but that it is recommended that students bring their own sanitizer to use during the lesson.
