Customers are advised:
All dance fees and services are subject to GST.
Payment processed successfully ensures spot in class. Payment must be completed prior to class commencement.
Required payment information (credit card or banking info) must be provided to STS upon enrollment.
Submission of payment info when not available at time of enrollment and when enrollment is made prior to Sept 1st must be received by us no later than September 15th. Any payment info received later will be subject to a Late Fee of: $ 25.00
Acceptable forms of payment: Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard), Void cheque, or an Authorized Debit Payment form completed by your bank. Cash payment can also be made for full payment of fees due during STS regular office hours. (use of Visa Debit does NOT work through our online system.)
It is your responsibility to advise STS of any changes to bank accounts or credit cards throughout the season.
Fees being submitted for payment by bank account (those not being paid by credit card) take several business days to clear after submitted and funds in your account must remain available until payment is cleared by your bank.
Declined or compromised payments for any reason are subject to a service charge of $25.00 (amount subject to change by bank) and must be honoured in cash within 7 days.
Missed classes are non-refundable; make up classes may be requested but are subject to availability.
Soul To Sole (STS) reserves the right to cancel classes, full refund given.
Tuition fees do not include fees for exams, competitions, extra classes, dance attire, costumes, candid or formal photographs, videos, or recital tickets.
For an additional fee, lessons for exams and competition work will be available.
Enrollment in classes does not guarantee entry into exams or competition program. Age, potential, commitment & teacher recommendation will be considered.
