Tuition can be paid either online or in person. Tuition is due on the first day of class. We accept cash, card, and check.

I understand that dance classes may include, without limitation, dancing with props, stretching, barre work, across the floor combinations, dance routines in the center, and other related activities. I further understand that all of the activities of the dance class involve some degree of risk of strain or bodily injury. In the event you are unable to reach me, in the case of accident or injury, I give my permission for treatment as deemed necessary by staff or emergency personnel. I also release Stage Images Dance Studio, The Next Generation, LLC and its staff of liability in case of injury or accident . Stage Images Dance Studio, The Next Generation, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Stage Images uses photographs and videos of students for promotional purposes. We use pictures in brochures, on our website, posters/prints within our business, posters/prints at events, advertisements as well as other materials our school may create. We also put together professional videos using classroom/performance footage of our students that may be displayed on our website, YouTube and/or Facebook.

All hair MUST be pulled back. No jewelry worn. No over sized shirts. No street clothes. Proper attire worn at all times. Please wear cover ups or sweats when arriving and leaving the building. Do not leave with just your dance attire exposed nor wearing dance shoes.

*Ballet - Basic leotard, pink tights and pink ballet slippers (preferably split sole)

*Tap - Personal choice of leotards/yoga pants/leggings/black patent tap shoes with laces, or tan tap shoes (oxford) in upper level classes. Unless specified by instructor.

*Jazz - Personal choice of leotards, tights, jazz pants/leggings, bike shorts, tan jazz shoes.

*3/4 & 5/6 Combo Class - basic leotard (can have an attached skirt), plain tights and pink full-sole ballet slippers and black tap shoes.

*Contemporary/Modern-Personal choice of leotards, tights/pants/leggings, bare feet or dance paws.

*Lyrical- Leotard, tights, choice of pants, and jazz shoes.

*Hip hop- non-marking sneakers (preferably black), athletic wear, pants (no shorts),

Boys are not required to wear a leotard.
All combination classes must have appropriate shoes for each genre as stated above.

If dancers do not follow this dress code, they are at risk for being dismissed or asked to sit out. Dress code is to prevent injury to self and others in the class room.

We will not allow your dancer to stand outside waiting for their ride. We want to keep your dancer safe and out of harm's way. It is not our responsibility to baby sit your dancer after class, please be prompt! If you decide to stay and observe, we ask that you are quiet and allow your dancer to listen to their teacher. NO interruptions or distractions helps the teacher keep the dancers focused on what they are learning.

Please do not park in front of the bus sign. Please escort your children when crossing the street.

In case of absences, please email us. Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class, and the teacher cannot jeopardize its responsibilities to the rest of the class for one student. Please parents, make every effort to have your dancer at every class and on time! If only one student shows up for the class, the class will only be 30-45 minutes.

Snow or Bad Weather Days-
If in doubt, email us. We will have to follow school policy as we are in a school. We will come up with a schedule to make up this day of cancellation.

An annual $10 registration fee is due with the 1st payment of each student. Registration and tuition is non-refundable. A $25 late will be applied to the account when a payment is past due.

Tuition is based monthly, is set at a discounted rate, and applies to the total hours of dance taken per family. Payment is due by the 27th of each month to pay for the following months lessons. Ex: April's tuition will be due on March 27th. You may pay before then. We are planning to have a spring recital in June!

Costume fees will be added this class session, ranging between $50-$75. This total amount will be broken up into payments. You have the decision of paying this all at once or following the payment plan. This is to ensure we can order these costumes in a timely manner. You will be notified ASAP how much to expect to pay for costumes. Dance costumes are one of the most exciting things about being a dancer! 50% due December 15th and the remaining due Jan 15th.

There will be a recital fee. This aides in facility rental and production fees. The fee also includes 2 tickets and a commemorative t-shirt.
The base fee is $65, add $10 for each additional student. Fee due April 30th.

You can pay for your costume fee and recital fee any time BEFORE the due dates.

Communication will be done via email, website and the parent portal. Occasionally we will post closures on our Social Media accounts via Facebook and Instagram. We will be using our parent portal more to deliver announcements and news. Please check it more frequently.
