Tuition & Fees:
Tuition is based on a monthly rate beginning in August and ending in June. Tuition is the same regardless of number of lessons in any given month. Five week months compensate for classes not held due to holidays. Studio schedule will follow local ISD schedule for closings and holidays.
Tuition is due the 1st of each month. Payments made after the 10th of the month will include a $10.00 late fee, after 20th $20.00. Please mail payments to avoid late fees. Auto-draft can also be set up on your account. All returned checks will be subject to $25.00 fee and may be turned over to collections and will be required to continue on a cash or credit card basis. Tuition will not be pro-rated for any reason during the month, unless director discretion.
All new students are required to pay a $55 registration fee and complete a registration packet before the student can be added to the class. Current students will be allowed to register at the "early bird" date on July 1st - July 31st for $45.00. If student is taking multiple classes, they will only be required to pay one registration fee. Siblings in same household will be given a discount on monthly tuition, but not registration fees.

Adult Classes & Technique Classes will be $60.00 per month.
All other classes will be $75.00 per month (excluding competition teams).

Tuition Fees can be prorated if student enrolls in more than one class. [The first class is regular priced (higher rate). The 2nd class will receive a $25.00 discount, and 3rd class(es) and beyond will receive half off (or 50% discount) per class discount toward their overall monthly total. ]
Students may not return to class if tuition is more than one month overdue.
Monthly tuition will not be prorated if the student is absent.
Monthly tuition will not be prorated if the student joins the class during the middle or end of the month.
Competition & Recital dates will be determined during the fall months and announced before Thanksgiving. Each parent/guardian must agree to attend competition as fees, costumes, travel expenses, etc. will all be passed onto the parent/guardian. I A.M. DANCE, Co. is not responsible for payment or reimbursement for competition fees/costumes or any travel expenses or entry fees. All contest fees & costumes fees will be paid in FULL by each dancer 30 days prior to the contest date or the dancer will be removed from the contest dance, and will not be allowed to compete with the group. See *Competition Rules Handbook.
Each dancer will be required to purchase one/two recital costume per class. Most outfits can have a piece added or removed to keep costume expenses at an appropriate and applicable amount. These will be determined by the teacher/parents & Amanda McLean. ALL RECITAL FEES/COSTUME FEES will be paid in full by December 31st. Recital fees/costume fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Your child will not be allowed to participate in the recital unless your account is paid in full by May 1st. Students/Parents who choose to not participate in recital MUST convey that to the director before March 1st. If a student drops from recital performance between the months of January - May, the parent WILL be charged a "drop fee" of $50.00. NO REFUNDS OR REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE GIVEN. This is to ensure that all performers and participants have ample time to make adjustments to the dances to prepare for recital. If/When the recital is held during the second week of the month of JUNE, parents are responsible for making JUNE tuition payments. This is so that the teachers/staff can be compensated for their time.
