Indicate which you prefer with the Fee Payment Schedule drop-down below.
Costume charges vary year to year and for each group. Please refer to the class information.
Credit Card Fees:
Due to the rising costs of credit/debit card fees, if you choose to have tuition and fees paid via credit/debit card a fee of 4% of the total of each transaction will be charged. There are no extra fees for bank withdrawals.
Tuition Discounts for Siblings and Referrals:
There is a sibling discount of $5 per child, after the 1st child. (ie: 3 children registered from the same family would receive a $10 sibling discount each month.) We also offer a referral discount of $5 each month for each new students who registers in our program because of your referring them. Only one family can received credit for a new student. The discount will remain throughout the first year as long as the students remains registered.
Seasonal Commitment:
To ensure your child and their teacher/director have ample time to begin the learning process and because many of our classes/groups are performance based, we ask that students remain throughout the year. This ensures excellence in each performing group. Our enrollment is limited and this policy ensures that no one takes a class time or spot unless they are confident they can commit for the year. Summer camps and workshops are an exception to this policy.
Release of Liability:
Parents, legal guardians of minors, and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained at studio or performance venues resulting from normal lessons or class activities or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after lesson/rehearsal/performance/activitiy time. Pictures of students in class activities or performances may be used for class photos, t-shirts, studio website, press releases and publicity materials.
Withdrawal Procedure:
If I need to withdraw my children from classes or activities, (i.e. moving), I understand I must notify the school via email 30 days before my desired last day.
Going Green:
All contact and reminders for our families and students will ONLY be emailed. This will happen monthly (more often, if needed). Please make sure you have provided a valid email account to ensure you don't miss out on important information and events. We will continue to use studio bulletin boards and some notes, but email will become our main source of contact. Email will be sent to Contact #1.
