ATTENDANCE: Students are expected to attend all the classes in which they are registered. Missed classes may be made up within the semester in another class of comparable level. Students must be on time to class. Tardiness disrupts classes and prevents the student from properly warming up. Students must present a valid excuse for tardiness.
OBSERVATION OF CLASSES: Parents or guests are not permitted in the classroom while class is in session. However, during the last week of classes before Christmas break, parents and other guests will be invited to observe class.
No jewelry may be worn in class with the exception of ear studs. Pants, sweat pants and t-shirts are not allowed. With permission of the teacher, tight-fitting pink leg warmers for the girls or black for the boys may be worn at the barre only in very cold weather. All girls should have hair pinned securely back. Preschoolers through age 7 may wear ponytails or a headband for short hair. Hair must be worn in a bun for all students age 8 and up (no bun sacks). A cover-up such as pants or dress must be worn over ballet clothes as well as street shoes when entering or leaving the studio. Please note that food and drink are not allowed to be brought into the building.
Men and Boys: white T-shirt, black tights, white socks and white or black ballet shoes.
Age 3-10: Black leotard (short or long sleeved); no sparkles or rhinestones. Pink full-footed tights and pink ballet slippers with elastic. Short black practice skirts are allowed for students 9 years old and up.
Students 11-18: Solid black leotard only; no lace, spider backs, or stringed leotards except on Saturdays and rehearsals when any type or color leotard may be worn except for red. Skirts allowed (solid black). Pink tights and pink ballet slippers. Tights and ballet slippers must be full- footed.
Age 19 - Adult: Any solid color leotard, skirts allowed (solid black skirts only); pink or black tights and ballet slippers. Tights and ballet slippers must be full-footed.
Flamenco/Spanish dance: pants or full skirt allowing freedom of movement, solid colored leotard or blouse, and flamenco or character shoes or street shoes with hard sole and heel.
Girls: Black or tan jazz shoes, leotard or tank top, pink or black tights (footless ok); jazz shorts over tights ok. Regular ballet attire and ballet shoes also acceptable.
Boys: Black jazz shoes, socks, leotard or t shirt, black jazz pants

I have read and understand the terms of enrollment in the school, that it is on a semester basis only, and that I am responsible for the full semester's tuition, that there are no refunds except in cases where noted, and I agree to make all payments in a timely manner.
By signing below you are indicating that you understand the following:
Enrollment in the school is on a semester basis only. Students who withdraw before the end of the semester are still obligated for the full semester's tuition except in the case of serious illness or injury.
Semester tuition not paid in full will be charged in four monthly installments which may be made by check, cash, or automatic credit card charge, and are due by the first weekday of the month except for September which will be due August 27. In any case, everyone must have a credit card on file. If you choose to pay by check or cash, payment must be submitted prior to the first weekday of the month or your credit card will be charged.
Unless payment is made prior to the deadline, a costume fee for the Spring performance in the amount of $75 per student will be due November 15 and will be charged to your credit card on file. Likewise the Spring performance fee in the amount of $80 per student will be due February 15 and will be charged to your credit card on file.
There are no refunds, credits or transfers to another semester. There will be a $30.00 charge for any returned check. Students who begin mid-semester will pay pro-rated tuition.
