Tuition
Tuition is due monthly. The following forms of payment are accepted; cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. There will be a $35 fee for all returned checks. Repeat offenders must pay cash for tuition. Three options are offered to pay tuition.
OPTION ONE: Tuition is payable monthly and due the first week of each month. A $15 late fee is added for all tuition paid after the 10th of each month. Post-dated checks, after the 10th, must include the $15 late fee.
OPTION TWO: Tuition paid in full for the entire year (10 month program) receives a 5% discount. Tuition must be paid by the second week of classes (10 month program) to take advantage of this option. Tuition paid annually is non-refundable or transferable. On-line payment not available for this option.
OPTION THREE: Tuition is paid weekly. Tuition is set at a higher rate and must be paid when class is taken.
Registration
An annual registration fee of $25 per child and $35 per family (2+ children) will be charged.
Discounts
FAMILY: Tuition is pro-rated for multiple children in one family.
MULTI-CLASS: Tuition is also discounted when multiple classes are taken. A ceiling cap is placed on tuition after a maximum number of class hours are accumulated. Once you have reached the ceiling cap, classes may be added at no additional charge.
Refunds
There are NO refunds for lessons missed. Students may make up classes within four weeks or forfeit tuition. Holiday closures are not included in tuition. Two bad weather cancellations will be permitted and are included in your tuition. More than two weather cancellations will be credited to your June payment. In the event of bad weather, snow/ice, please check the studio website www.lowedance.com for class information.
Communication
Our primary method of communication shall be through email. Parents are responsible for providing and updating contact information. Email communications will include, but are not limited to, monthly newsletters, periodic notes & updates, event flyers and whenever possible notification of weather closures. In some instances we have found that group emails will go to either Spam or Promotions folders so please check your email settings.
Recital
Participation in our annual recital is not mandatory. All parents/guardians must complete and sign a "Recital Notice" notifying the office of whether or not their dancer(s) will be participating. This form will be due in December. For participating dancers a deposit of $40 will be due for each costume and must be turned in with the "Recital Notice." Each participating family is required to purchase/sell a minimum of five tickets for the recital.
