VIEWING POLICY
Due to limited seating, Infinite Gymnastics encourages parents to drop off their athletes unless:
- It is your gymnast's first class, or
- Your gymnast is in the Preschool Program (Ages 5 & Under)
DROP-OFF PROCEDURES
When using the circle drive for drop-off, please follow these guidelines:
Wait for a signal: Stay until your child gives you a wave or thumbs up indicating they're ready to go in.
Arrival time: Do not drop off more than 15 minutes early. We are not responsible for supervising athletes outside of class time.
If early drop-off is necessary, you may wait with your child or send them with a quiet activity for the upstairs viewing area.
No play in the gym is allowed before class.
Where to go:
School-age gymnasts: Remove shoes, place belongings in the cubbies by the stairs, and wait on the stairs to be picked up by a coach.
Preschool gymnasts: Head upstairs, place items in a cubby, and wait to be picked up. If the previous class has ended, you may enter the room.
PICK-UP PROCEDURES
Be on time! If you will be late:
Call the gym OR
Send your child with a cell phone and text them.
Do NOT use the circle drive for pick-up. That area is drop-off only.
Pick-up is at the side door using a drive-through style system.
DO NOT PARK along the side of the building. Parked cars block visibility and create a serious safety hazard for kids.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
If your child is not picked up within 10 minutes of class ending:
Their coach will take them to the Front Desk.
They will wait with Office Staff until picked up.
Parents/guardians must come inside and fill out a Late Pick-Up Form.
Late Fee:
$1.00 per minute, per child, starting 10 minutes after the end of class.
