Once you submit the form, a THDCI representative will contact you to complete the registration within 72 hours. This form is NON-BINDING, and is not a contract. The information obtained through this form will only be used by Top Hat Dance Centre, Inc. to begin the registration process for your dancer.

Most dance classes at Top Hat Dance Centre are not open enrollment. We keep age groups, skill levels, etc. together for the best experience. One of the directors will place your dancer in the appropriate skill level, or offer you a class for evaluation.
