I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of and inherent to the activity of performing arts / dance. In recognition of this acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/ or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to British Academy of Performing Arts (BAPA) and the Academy Dance Company (ADC), it' officers, directors,agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as BAPA). If I am a minor, my parent and / or legal guardian has also signed this document releasing BAPA from any and all such liability described above and has acknowledged that I am knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks of injury inherent to this activity.
Tuition is paid by calendar months, due the 1st day of each month from August to May. Tuition is based on a yearly rate, over ten months. Some months have three classes while other months have five classes. Monthly payment installments remain the same throughout the year. We do not prorate tuition unless you start mid-month. Makeups in similar classes are encouraged for any missed weeks. There are no refunds for missed classes. All accounts are required to place a credit card on file for automatic credit card billing.
Registration: Please complete the online registration, the annual non-refundable registration fee is $35, with a max of two per family.
Once classes have been selected, the first and last month's tuition payment will be charged to your card.
Recital Fee & Recital Costumes: Are paid on a monthly basis, the amount is determined by the number of costumes required per family, these monthly payments begin on September 8th and run for eight (8) months through to April.
Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for tuition, registration fees, recital tickets, or costume balances. There will be no refunds for a student's absence from class. Refunds will only be issued only if the studio cancels a class.
Withdrawal/Addition of Classes: In the event that a student needs to withdraw early, you are required to give one months notice in writing.
