Welcome to Integrity Gymnastics! By completing this form, your child has been enrolled in the classes you have selected, and is ready to start this week! Gymnasts should wear a leotard or athletic apparel, with bare feet and hair pulled up. We require a 30 day written/emailed notice to end classes and avoid additional tuition fees / charges. Refunds may be issued in the form of gym credit. Gym credit may be applied towards tuition, camps & clinics.
