Payments and Policies
* Online registration ONLY transfers the information into our system. A Payment must be made at the time of your registration to guarantee enrollment.
* I understand that I am financially responsible for any and all fees and account balances for the classes that have been registered for myself or my child.
*We accept (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & Debit Card)
Refunds and Credits
1. Adagio Dance Company reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient registration and a FULL refund will be given.
2. Credit/refund will not be given for missed classes under ANY circumstances. Make-up classes are offered for any missed classes, we can not guarantee that makeup classes will be the same style, level, or instructor. In the event of a pandemic, we will offer online classes and or makeup sessions for classes missed due to the pandemic. No refunds will be given, however a credit will be received in your account for future use if discounts are granted due to any pandemic situation.
Release of Liability
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Adagio Dance Company, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or in route to or from any of said premises. I understand that appropriate physical contact is required during the instruction of dance, and I give permission for instructors to make appropriate physical contact with me or my child for such instruction.
Medical Emergencies
As the legal parent or guardian, I give permission to Adagio Dance Company, its owners and operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or conditions and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.
Photo Release & Agreement
In conjunction with my participation, I give permission for Adagio Dance Company to take and use photos and/or video of me or my child without remuneration in connection with studio publications, website, social media, and advertising.
