Families participating in the spring production are required to purchase costumes. Costumes will be measured in class by our staff. Costume purchase fees and performance package fee will be posted to all participating accounts on October 2nd. Costumes and performance package payment will be auto-charged to your credit card October 15, 2018, unless you submit payment or indicate that you are not participating in the show. DEADLINE OCTOBER 14, 2018. "DECLINED" payments will be considered a 'late order' (10/15-11/30) and subject to a $25.00 shipping and handling fee. If you notify us of "no performance" after the auto payment date, a refund fee of 5% will be charged. This does not apply to dropping from class as participating performance/costume fees are non-refundable . No orders accepted after December 1st.

All costumes and fees are nonrefundable, non exchangeable, no exceptions. MSCA staff will take measurements of dancers in class. We allow room for growth when measuring the little ones. Any alterations required are the responsibility of the parent.

This policy is to clarify the permissible uses, and restrictions on the uses, of Main Stage Center for the Arts, Inc. (MSCA) name and logo, as well as the Main Stage Center for the Arts, Inc. name, and pending trademarks. The purpose of this branding and style policy is to ensure every Main Stage Center for the Arts, Inc. communications materials deliver a single, strong, instantly recognizable brand, and to establish standards for conveying Main Stage Center for the Arts, Inc. vision and values.
Main Stage Center for the Arts, Inc. corporate identity has been established to provide a distinct visual identity within the dance market. It is crucial that the logo, trademark and corporate colors be used consistently whenever they appear. This distinct visual identity displays professionalism, ensures continuity and makes Main Stage Center for the Arts, Inc. immediately recognizable by the public. This policy has been developed to provide detailed guidelines regarding the use of the name, logo and visual brand style.
Unauthorized uses of any of these names and pending trademarks may constitute trademark and/or copyright infringement as well as an unfair business practice. This policy and the guidelines set forth apply to all media, including without limitation, apparel, print, radio, television, video, motion pictures, and all forms of electronic media (e.g. Internet Web sites and electronic mail).
Please contact the President (Laurie Papovich) and Vice President (Regina Ihns) of Main Stage Center for the Arts, Inc. for authorization for any use of our name, logo, and pending trademarks. All copy must be submitted and reviewed before any authorization may be granted.
Students and parents/guardians are aware that possible physical injury may occur during dance/fitness classes, performances, and/or rehearsals and are willing to assume those risks. It is agreed that students and their parents/guardians will not hold Main Stage Center for the Arts, Inc., its directors, or employees liable for injuries sustained while in attendance or while participating in any Main Stage Center for the Arts, Inc. activity. I authorize emergency first aid care for myself/my child in the event that I/(s)he becomes ill or injured while attending MSCA activities. I further authorize MSCA and its staff to retain the services of an MD or other qualified medical personnel to treat me/my child in the event of a medical emergency.
We give our permission to MSCA to use pictures and videos of our child/children for advertising purposes in all media format.
I agree to read and abide by all policies stated within, including Main Stage Center for the Arts, Inc., studio Policies and Etiquette, as well as all terms and conditions contained within this release statement.
