There will be a $55, one-time, non-refundable registration fee per family. With this one time $55 fee, you will receive one free Wolfies t-shirt (per enrolled child) and one Wolfies tote bag (per family). Please note you are charged the one time registration fee once you have enrolled into swim lessons with us, or have scheduled two or more fill-in lessons with us.
Tuition is due by the 1st of EACH month. If balances are paid AFTER the 1st of the month, there will be a $25.00 late fee applied to the account balance. There is a $25.00 returned check fee for any checks returned by the bank. Should you have a declined or expired credit card on your account, you will be notified by phone and email. Please make sure to update your payment information accordingly. Should tuition payment not be received by the 10th of the month, you will be removed from the schedule.
Please note if you are booked for our camp or every day lessons (during spring break, summer, or winter break) you will only be charged for the weeks in which you book and are confirmed for. There is no minimum commitment for these lessons, you are able to book on a week to week basis.
Please note if you are booked for fill in lessons, you are are scheduled at your convenience. You are only charged per lesson that you swim. There is also no minimum commitment for these lessons.
If you are taking lessons at the West University Recreation Center, there is an additional monthly fee per family for Non West University Residents.
Payments made for swim lessons are NON REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN, NO EXCEPTIONS. Prorating is not an option; makeup lessons must be scheduled.
Payments are based on how many classes are in that particular month. For example, if your child has a lesson on Monday and there are four Mondays in the month, you will owe for the total amount of lessons for that month (4 classes). Because days vary in the month, some months will have 4 lessons and others may have five lessons. You will be expected to pay at the first of the month for the total amount of lessons there are for that month. All classes are taught in one-month sessions.
There is a two-month minimum commitment upon enrollment . This includes being enrolled for the same day/time, as well for at least two months, for consistency purposes. Please note this does not apply to our every day lessons. Should you need to change your time for any reason, you will be committing to being enrolled for that particular class time for a minimum of two months as well, even if you are already enrolled with Wolfies Swim School.
Children are NOT allowed to enter the water without his/her instructor.
Classes begin on the hour and half hour. If your child is late to their lesson, they will be taught for the remaining time for that lesson. Lessons wrap up three minutes from the end of your child's designated time in order to have the students exit the water and give you a chance to speak with the instructor before the start of the next lesson. You will be signaled to by your instructor as the lesson is nearing the end to make your way down to the pool deck.
If your child's class begins late because of a pool issue or the instructor running behind, your child will not be penalized and will be given the full class time without question.
Constructive comments and concerns are always welcome however, poolside conferences are discouraged. If you would like to have a conference or would like to leave a message for your instructor please do so by calling 281.844.4481, and your instructor will respond promptly. You may also email questions/concerns to email@example.com.
Please ensure your child uses the restroom before their class is scheduled to begin, as a bathroom break will take away from your child's learning time. If your child does need to use the restroom during any class, you will be signaled to come down to take them, so please always stay within view of the pool.
If your child is not 100% potty trained, your child MUST be wearing a disposable swim diaper (i.e. Huggies Little Swimmers) WITH a reusable swim diaper over it. Please place your child in a clean and unused swim diaper before entering the pool. Please do not use reusable cloth swim diapers.
All participants must wear proper swimming attire. T-shirts, leggings, shorts and jeans are not allowed. There are no exceptions.
Hair needs to be kept out of children's faces. Please tie long hair in a ponytail; boys and girls with long bangs need to have it pulled back with a barrette or swim cap.
Please do not allow your child to enter the pool with food or gum in their mouth. Large meals should be avoided several hours before your child's class time.
All Band-Aids should be removed. If a wound is open and bleeding, others will be at risk. Please be considerate and use discretion if an open wound has not yet scabbed over.
If your child has a fever or contagious illness, please stay home until the illness has resolved. If you are unsure, please consult a doctor for the proper course of action.
Should you want to take lessons during an off season time (i.e. March, April, May, September, October), you must be willing to heat to your pool to at least 82 degrees.
It is your responsibility to keep your pool clean and in proper running order. Should your pool not be clean (i.e. algae infestation) or running properly, the instructor has right to cancel the lesson and you are still responsible for payment of cancelled lesson.
Should a lesson be cancelled for whatever reason and makeup not be scheduled, a credit will be applied to your Wolfies account. No refunds will be given, no exceptions.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to qualify for a makeup. If you are taking classes once per week, you are eligible for (1) make-up per month/session. If you are taking twice per week, you are eligible for (2) make-ups per month/session, and so on. There will be no makeup given for no show lessons.
Should it begin raining during your lesson time, we will still teach. However, instructors will use their best judgment on whether or not continue (i.e. thunder and lightening, etc). Should you lesson be cancelled due to weather, a makeup will be scheduled.

3) I am responsible for notifying Wolfies Swim School of address, phone number, and auto-pay information changes.
4) As a courtesy to others I will NOT dress or undress my child(ren) in any area not designated to a changing room. Dressing rooms/bathrooms are provided in the pool area. I will instruct caregivers to change my child in the dressing rooms/bathrooms also.
5) Snorkeling masks are NOT permitted as they cover the swimmers nose, and correct breathing patterns are inhibited.
6) Goggles are NOT permitted unless the child is able to independently swim a length of the pool.
7) Parents and other spectators are NOT allowed on the deck anytime during the lesson. If you are taking lessons at the West U Rec Center, once your child is with the deck coordinator, please exit the pool deck and choose one of the two viewing areas to watch your child during their lesson.
8) Wolfies will take a headshot of your child to be inputted into the Wolfies Swim School database and onto your Wolfies account. Please note that these photos will NOT be used on any form of social media or any publications. These photos are strictly for Wolfies Swim School use, as an added safety precaution.
