Pre-Ballet/Tap through Level III Ballet/Tap classes are organized according to age. Please register your dancer in his/her current age group as of August 10, 2026 (first day of classes).
Level I is for ages 6-7.
Level II is for dancers ages 7-9 who are previous Level I DMA dancers or who have had one year of previous ballet training.
Level III is for dancers ages 8-10 who are previous Level II DMA dancers or who have had two years of previous ballet training.
This season we are introducing two new programs, Training Program 1 & 2. Our Training Programs are designed for dancers who are seeking more technical training and/or who are interested in company but may not necessarily be ready for that level of commitment just yet. The programs offer the opportunity to take two ballet classes, a jazz class, and a hip hop class.
Training Program 1 is for dancers who are previous Headstart DMA dancers or ages 6-7 with one year of previous ballet training.
Training Program 2 is for dancers who are previous Level I DMA dancers or ages 7-9 with two years of previous ballet training.
Classes not listed online or in the Parent Portal must be registered for in person either via appointment starting the week of July 6th or during our In-studio Saturday Open Registration Days, July 25th and August 1st from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm.

To register for additional classes (i.e. jazz, acro, hip hop, etc.) for your dancer (ages 5+), you may complete our Registration Class Add-On Form (dancemakersofatlanta.com/addclass). The class add-on form will only be for new dancers who have registered online or returning dancers who have registered via their Parent Portal.
If you have another dancer(s) who needs to register for classes not listed online or the parent portal, you may use our Additional Dancer Registration Form (dancemakersofatlanta.com/addstudent) to avoid having to make an appointment and/or come in-person to get them registered.
