If you are new to ECX, the credit/debit card information must be entered below. If you are returning to ECX , when entering the parent portal click the hamburger icon on the top of the page to view a drop down of options. By clicking the box below, you are authorizing East Coast Xtreme to use the account information for all of your account billing (including registration fee, tuition, uniform fees, late fees, extra tumble classes, and any other cheer related items purchased on account). Team assessments will not be conducted without having a valid credit/debit card on the account inside the parent portal.
Tuition is due the first of every month. After the 10th of the month, a $25 late fee will be charged and enforced on all accounts past due, including e-payment accounts. Late notices will be sent via email. Tuition is not pro-rated for absences or gym closures. E-payments will be conducted on the 10th of each month and your card will be automatically charged. If you would like to enter your parent portal and make a payment prior to the e-payment withdrawal on the 10th that is acceptable and your card will not be charged twice. East Coast Xtreme will charge a $30.00 return check charge for checks returned for any reason.
If your account goes two months in default, your athlete will be required to sit out from team participation until the account is brought current. A replacement athlete will be brought in for the team to continue practicing. When the account is brought current, then your athlete will be allowed to participate with their team, however; their spot on the team will not be guaranteed.
For more information on fees and tuition please visit our website.
By checking below, you agree to all of the payment policy stated and to take full responsibility for payment of all charges and understand that a $25 late fee may be applied to your account if your credit card/bank account is declined and cannot be processed for the amount due at that time.
All-Star Cheerleading is a team sport and requires commitment. Because we function as a TEAM, and every cheerleader plays a major role in their routine(s), attendance at weekly cheer practice and tumble class, as well as appointed competitions is MANDATORY. Not only is attendance important, we require all cheerleaders to report to practice, class and competitions ON TIME!! If your cheerleader is absent, or late to cheer practice, the routines, specifically stunts, pyramid, dance and transitions, cannot be properly executed and safety becomes a concern. Trust is an important component of a solid cohesive team and cheerleaders must be able to count on each other to show up. ** Not intended for tumble class only participants**
THERFORE:
> Cheerleaders will be allowed three (3) excused absences for missed practices. The fourth absence will result in a Disciplinary Action Form issued that will require a parental signature and discussion.
> Excused absences include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Cheerleader illness
*Vacation (Prior notification to cheer and tumble coach required)
*Death of a family member
*School field trip (Prior notification to cheer and tumble coach required)
> Unexcused absences include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Birthday Parties
*School functions (functions scheduled on weekends)
*Other sports activities
*Other extra-curricular activities
> If a cheerleader is late to practice or to competition by more than 10 minutes and more than 3 times, the cheerleader will receive a Disciplinary Action Form requiring parental signature and discussion.
> Absenteeism/Tardiness beyond that listed above will result in the cheerleader being removed from his/her team.
>Prior attendance issues will have impact on those cheerleaders asking to be considered for team placement.
> If a cheerleader is removed from his/her team due to absenteeism/tardiness the $350 withdrawal fee will be applied to the account.
