Because of the very nature of the sport of gymnastics, which involves motion, height and speed, gymnastics carries with it the risk of physical injury. These risks can be reduced to a significant degree. They cannot be eliminated.
I authorize the staff of Georgia All-Star Gymnastics, Inc. to organize any required medical treatment or first aid procedure in the event that such a situation arises, and the parent, guardian or emergency contact person is not available.
I further acknowledge, understand, appreciate and agree that my participation may result in possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including but not limited to, MRSA, Influenza, and Covid-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume full responsibility for my participation and exposure.
The undersigned hereby forever releases, discharges and covenants to hold harmless the staff of Georgia All-Stars Gymnastics, Inc. and any other person, firm or corporation charged or chargeable with responsibility or liability, their heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assignees from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, loss of service, actions and causes of action belonging to the undersigned or arising out of any act or occurrence and particularly on account of all personal injury disability, property damage, loss or damage of any kind sustained or that may hereafter be sustained arising out of the matters described herein or in consequence of participation in the above mentioned program. The undersigned hereby bind their heirs, administrators, executors and successors.
Online registration and payments are required. All GASG Students MUST have a credit card or bank account on file. No charges are made until you are fully enrolled or you come to a special event.
For Preschool Classes, Rec Classes and GymStars, payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
For Team, payments are processed on the 5th of each month.
If you wish to pay with an alternative form of payment (cash or check), your payment MUST be received no later than the 1st of the month or your form of payment on file will be charged.
Late fees of $15 will be assessed 5 days following the due date of each month for any account where payment was not received.
If your payment is declined, and you do not pay by the 15th of the month, GASG will drop your child from class. If your child is dropped for Non-payment, you MUST pay the Balance IN FULL in order to re-enroll. Your child will not be allowed in class until payment is made.
You are required to have a valid form of payment on your account, you are able to change your type of payment as you wish.
New Students: No tuition fees are charged on your credit card/form of payment until your 1st class. Please, indicate the day of your 1st class. If you do not state a day, and you do not show up the week after you register, your child will be dropped from the classes they were enrolled, and all fees will be dropped from your account. No student will be allowed to do a make-up class or any special event if there is a balance on the family account.
There is a registration fee assessed for each student/family enrolled in our program, our season begins in the Fall.

Fall - First Student Registration is $45 Second Student is $30 Family Maximum is $75 (Former Students are discounted to $35 or Family Max of $60)
Jan-May - First Student is $30 Family Maximum is $50
Summer - First Student is $15 Family Maximum is $30
Class Tuition Fees:
Please refer to our posted schedule for tuition costs. We offer both multi-student ($5 discount for each additional student) and multi-class ($24 discount for students enrolled in multiple classes) discounts. The higher tuition is always considered the "first student".
Late Fee: Members: if payment is not received by the 1st of the month (or 5 days after your payment due date), there will be a $15 late fee charged to your account. If account is not brought current by the 15th of the month, GASG may drop your child from class. If your child is dropped for non-payment if tuition fees, ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN ORDER TO RE-ENROLL!

If we are closed for holidays or any other events, we do not have to offer make-ups, for the extra week in the month with 5 weeks is your make-up class. In turn, we do not charge more when there are 5 weeks in a month nor do we cancel the 5th class. The months with 5 weeks, we consider the 5th week your make-up class from any closings we have throughout the year.
NO make up classes will be allowed if there is a balance on the family account, nor will any special events be scheduled until the balance is paid in full.
Yearly Team Registration Fees:
Yearly Team Registration Fees are paid by our competitive team members annually to Georgia All-Star Gymnastics. This annual fee is to be paid with your September tuition. The team fee covers the costs for items above and beyond coaching fees (i.e., ice packs, band-aids, hair ties, medical supplies, splints, ace bandages, tape, pre-wrap, chalk, ther-a-bands, balls, weights, AC filters, Chalk Eater filters, cleaning supplies, mailing and computer costs, and office supplies).
Team fees are paid by all team members. Team fees include the yearly registration fee of $45.

AAU 3 and Gold and USA Xcel Bronze - $80
USA 4 - $110
USA 6/7 - $120
USA 8-10 and Morning Group - $130
Family Maximum - $180
Make-ups are NOT guaranteed. We will try to schedule make ups in another class of the same level if you are out sick or out of town. You MUST Schedule your make up through the front desk. Drop Ins are NOT Allowed!
We ask you schedule your make up with 30 days of the missed class.
Only 1 make-up class will be allowed per quarter (Every 3 months)! Our make up policy is due to the fact that we always want Safety to be our Number one priory here at GASG. We have a strict ratios for all our classes, therefor if classes are FULL, we can NOT allow any other students in the class. In addition, when children are in a different class, it can be a distraction to the normal flow of the class. We ONLY Allow 1 Make-up in Any Class at Any Time. Please, do NOT ASK our coaches/Instructors to bend this rule, for you are then causing a safety hazard! Again, ALL MAKE-UPS MUST BE SCHEDULED THROUGH THE FRONT DESK OR OUR DIRECTOR. During Flu season, we might make exceptions especially if you have a doctor's note!

There are no make-ups for missed practices, please make every effort to be at practice!!
If Cherokee County Schools close due to inclement weather, Georgia All-Stars will most likely be closed for the Morning classes/programs, but please, check for emails, our web page and Facebook page, for we all know sometimes the schools close unnecessarily; we do all we can do to keep classes as normal in order to keep the children progressing. Management will consider road conditions, etc., and we will decide if we will open in for classes and practices. We will send an email as soon as a decision is made by our management. Also, we will post on our Web page and Facebook page as well.
The Best Way to Get the Most Recent Updates or changes due to weather is through our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/gaallstars).
We have an outside source that updates our web page. We will do our best to update our website (www.ga-allstars.com).
If Rec classes are canceled, we will TRY to schedule a make-up but we can NOT guarantee one will be schedule for we can't control the weather.
We do apologize, but make up classes are Never Guaranteed. We cannot allow make-ups for inclement weather in other classes. We are limited on the space for make-ups (for safety reasons), therefore we reserve all make-up spots in classes for athletes that miss due to personal reasons.
You MUST give WRITTEN NOTICE BY THE 15th OF THE MONTH PRIOR TO WITHDRAWAL. You will be responsible for the following month's tuition if your Written Notice is given after the 15th of the month. FOR EXAMPLE, if you send an email on January 5th, you are still responsible to Pay for January. Your child will be dropped from their class on January 31st, and you will NOT be charged for February. If you email the office on JANUARY 16th, YOU WILL BE Charged for FEBRUARY'S tuition. Your child will then be dropped from class on February 28th.
We will hold your space in the class until you inform Georgia All-Stars in WRITING of plans to stop attending; thus you are taking a spot in a class therefore you are responsible for tuition payment. If your child is absent from a class 4 consecutive weeks and we have NOT heard from you, we will then drop them from their class. You will still be responsible for any tuition fees that accrued within those 4 weeks, and we do NOT Pro-rate for NO SHOWS!
Telling the coach/instructor your child is dropping is NOT sufficient notification, or calling telling us over the phone is NOT sufficient notice.
You must stop by the front desk, and you must fill out a Notice of Withdrawal form or EMAIL a notice of withdrawal to firstname.lastname@example.org.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TUITION CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT if the office was not properly notified, since we continued to save your space in the class rather than fill it with another student.
No notice will be required if you will not be attending the Summer Session.
One (1) month WRITTEN NOTICE (Email or we have a form at the front desk for you to fill out) of plans to leave the team program is required. Financial obligation to Georgia All-Star Gymnastics will continue for 1 month after written notice is received, or as long as an outstanding balance exists.
We have signs posted in the gym, and you are acknowledging these STRICT Withdrawal Policies by checking the box here.
What to Wear:
Female gymnasts may wear a leotard with briefs or bike shorts over, they may also wear shorts or stretch pants and a form fitting t-shirt. Males should wear shorts/pants and a form fitting t-shirt. Shorts/pants need to have elasticized waists (no buttons, snaps or zippers). No Shoes or Socks are to be worn for they are safety hazards on the gym equipment.
Hair should be pulled back off of the face, and jewelry of any type should not be worn (stud ear rings are expectable). We are Not Responsible for any personal belongings that are brought to the gym! Please, keep things of value at home.
Tumbling for Cheer students should wear shoes appropriate for tumbling or go barefoot.
The last class of each month will be cut short by 5 minutes so that your child's coach can spend a few minutes updating you on the progress of the class and your child. Class evaluations will be done twice per year (December and May) so that you are updated on your child's progress.
Appropriate gymnastics attire should be worn for all practices. Gymnasts must be dressed in a leotard for practice, with their hair up neatly. Gymnasts are not to practice in sports bras and briefs only or to roll their leotard down to the waist. Furthermore, we do not allow our team members to wear shorts or pants during practice. We keep the temperatures appropriate for the gymnast to safely work out. These cause safety hazards. Long sleeve leotards may be worn.
Safety Hazards and/or Behavior: ALL GASG students are Expected to follow our Rules and Regulations. Absolutely NO Violence is Ever tolerated by you or your child/children toward any other students or any staff member here at GASG. This includes all of our property including the parking lot, any away meets or special events (example, Kids Fest, Parade, etc). We have these in place to help keep your child and every child safe while in our care. Should you or your child not follow these rules, you will be given a warning unless it is a deadly threat. Should there be 3 violations, you and/or your child/family may be ask to leave the program. You are still responsible for any fees charged to you if you are asked to leave due to safety hazards.
Class Changes Throughout the Year:
Georgia All-Stars is a progressive gym, and therefore on-going registration is no problem. Each student moves at their own pace based on skill attainment so availability in our classes changes on a regular basis. You are welcome to change classes at the beginning of the month provided there is space available. We do recommend limiting the amount of class movement during the year to promote consistency and the greatest learning potential for the students.
Qualifying scores must be attained before the child may be moved to the next competitive level. Since those scores may change yearly, they are not listed here. If you want to know the minimum exit score for your gymnast's level, please ask their coach. A child will NOT automatically move to the next competitive level when they achieve the exit score The owners and coaches will determine a child's readiness to advance in level based upon many factors such as strength, flexibility, coachability, attitude, fear factor,competitive history and ability to learn.
Please drive safely and be on the look out for pedestrians, especially toddlers, when navigating through our parking area. Remember to instruct your child to wait inside the building until you arrive. Once children leave the building, parents are responsible for them. There is plenty of parking to the right side of the entrance even if the lot right in front is full.
We ask that you not block the view of others in the viewing area, and refrain from standing in the doorway to the preschool area or the main gym. Parents are not allowed inside the gym, except to drop off or pick up students unless they are participating in a Parent/Tot class. You are not required to stay during your child's class but are more than welcome to stay in the viewing area. If you choose to stay, we ask that everyone be considerate of all our clients. Please do not allow siblings to climb or jump from the bleachers or run through and block the hallways. Parents, please refrain from talking to or interfering with your child during class. No one is ever allowed on any equipment without an instructor. Siblings not enrolled in classes are not allowed on any equipment unless participating in Parents Night Out.
Thank you for your help in keeping our viewing area as safe, clean and pleasant as possible for everyone.
We will hold a Mid-Year Holiday Show in December. You MUST be actively enrolled during the month of December to perform. There will be a fee (TBA). We want all our families to participate in the fun festivities. We will be doing special fund raisers for local charities. Some of the proceeds will be donated! Tickets may be an additional cost.
End of the Year Extravaganza:
Our "Extravaganza" will be held in May, and your child MUST be actively enrolled for the month of May to participate. The Extravaganza is a performance given by all of our students for their family and friends at the conclusion of the school year. During the Extravaganza, students will show what they have accomplished on each event during the year. Students will receive a leotard or t-shirt, other awards (TBA) and certificates during the awards ceremony. The cost of the Extravaganza TBA (to be announced).
There may be an additional cost for tickets.
Remember your camera and camcorder!

Recreational Classes and Gym Stars:
If your payment is declined on the 1st, you have a 5 day grace period. A $15 Late Fee will be charged to your account on the 5th (5 days after your payment due date)!
Please, contact us ASAP, and we will do our best to work with you, but we must hear from you in advanced or as soon as your payment is declined. We email all our students receipts including declined payments. .
If payment is not made by the 15th of the month, GASG has the right to drop your child from their class or Gym Star Team. If your child is dropped from class for Non-Payment, YOU MUST PAY THE BALANCE IN FULL in order to re-enroll your child in their class including late fees. If your child is dropped for non-payment, they may lose their spot in that class.
Please, remember you are responsible for ALL Fees that accrue until you give a WRITTEN WITHDRAWAL NOTICE. GASG has the right to continue to charge tuition fees to your account until you have given your written withdrawal notice by the 15th of the month PRIOR to withdrawal! Please, refer to our section #6 "Withdrawing Policy"
ONLY the OWNERS may approve any exceptions for payments, late fees or declined payments! Your coach is NOT allowed enroll students in class. Please, see the front desk or email/call our coordinator or owners in order to re-enroll any students dropped from class/rec team.
ABSOLUTELY NO CHILD IS ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY SPECIAL EVENTS OR PRIVATE LESSONS IF YOU HAVE A BALANCE ON YOUR ACCOUNT! All accounts must be current to participate in any special events or private lesson.
