Registration
Registration fees are due annually in August. This is a nonrefundable fee. Registration fees are as follows: $35 first child; $25 second child; $20 each additional child.
TEAM ONLY: Return your registration form and fee to the front office by August 15th. If Registration form/fee is not received by August 30th a $10.00 late fee will be applied to your account.
USAG REGISTRATION: All team members will be required to become an USAG Athlete members. Each athlete will be required to completely fill out an USAG form and pay fee to the Flip Force Booster Club. We will register all athletes at one time and make the payment to USAG for you. This is due August 15th for all current team members.
Rules and Policies
DROP OFF AND PICK UP: Gymnast should be dropped off no more than 5 minutes prior to class, and picked up on time. Gymnast should remain in the building until their ride arrives. Please notify the office if you are not able to pick your child up on time.
PROPER ATTIRE: A leotard, shorts, T-shirt, and bare feet or socks are suggested. Hair must be pulled back in a ponytail and tightly secured away from the face for safety reasons. Please provide your own hair tie. We do have some available in the office if they are forgotten, but please do not allow your child to rely on this. No jean shorts, jewelry, or clothing with snaps or buckles. If it is cold, sweats are allowed. Clothing should be snug for safety purposes. Students NOT dressed appropriately may not be allowed to participate on some equipment or at all for safety purposes.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: In the event of inclement weather we will update our social media detailing the forthcoming plans. We will also attempt to E-mail everyone as soon as possible. We will NOT always be able to change our voicemail, so please do not rely on that and check our social media and your E-mails regularly. Make-ups for recreational classes will be available in the event the gym in closed due to weather. In the event of an extended closure we will NOT prorate or refund tuition due to missed classes. We do our best to open during inclement weather but safety for our customers and staff is our first priority.
OBSERVATION: Parents and Siblings are asked to observe from the outside perimeter of the floor and/or lobby. Please refrain from gesturing, signaling or correcting your child while they are on the gym floor. Food and drinks are allowed only on the carpeted area. You are asked to please clean up after yourselves. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN THE FACILITY.
MAKE-UPS: You may make up a maximum of 2 missed classes per month. Make ups must be made within 30 days of absence. TEAM ONLY: Team athletes do not have make ups for holidays, gym closings or illness. Full tuition is still due. In the event of severe illness or injury that prohibits your child from participating during her/his workouts for an extended period of time your child's tuition will drop 50% of its normal rate. The athlete's coach and program director must first approve this and then the coach must notify the front office. A copy of a medical excuse by a physician must be received by the Office Manager.
HOLIDAYS: We will be closed the following dates: Labor Day (Sept. 4th), Halloween (Oct. 31st), Thanksgiving (Nov 22nd-26th), Christmas (Dec. 22nd - Jan. 2nd), Martin Luther King Day (Jan. 15th), Spring Break (April 2nd-6th), Memorial Day (May 28th), July 4th.
TUITION
Tuition is processed on the 1st of each month so long as the 1st falls on a business day and is not a federal Holiday in which we are closed. If the 1st is on a Saturday or Sunday, tuition will be processed the next business day. We require auto-draft for ALL programs. Late fees are charged after the 5th of the month. Please see the breakdown for prices on schedules. Returned checks will result in a $35.00 fee. Frequently declined credit cards will also be charged a $35.00 fee. We do not send out monthly statements unless there are late payments that need to be collected. Tuition will not be prorated for lack of attendance regardless of voluntary or involuntary reasons such as inclement weather.
Monthly programs such as Afterschool, Preschool, and Team will not be prorated for lack of attendance regardless of voluntary or involuntary reasons such as inclement weather or non-attendance due to non-health related reasons.
Accounts 30 days past due will be dropped from all programs. Your child will not be able to return to their program until the account balance is paid in full. These accounts will be sent to a collection agency and could eventually affect your credit rating.
Please call the office for tuition discounts for families of 2 or more and service discounts.
TEAM/PRE TEAM ONLY: All Team/Pre Team Parents/Guardians MUST volunteer for a minimum of 6 blocks per family at the annual GGI meet hosted in February. A fee of $25 per block will be applied to all accounts who fall short of the requirement of 6 blocks per family. If you do not participate, your account will be charged $25 per block for the full 6 blocks. Exceptions are made in extreme circumstances. If you are a single parent household or have any issue with both parent's/guardians fulfilling the time requirement, please address this prior to the event date with the GGI president and the office staff of Flip Force Gymnastics, LLC. At the end of the weekend, this money will return to the Booster Club.
Release of Liability
I hereby acknowledge that I have been instructed by Flip Force Gymnastics, LLC that any activity involving height and motion may result in physical injury to my child, injuries which could result in paralysis or death. In the event of an accident, I hereby waive and release Flip Force and/or its employees from any and all claims of liability while my child is on the premises of the gymnastics facility, a planned trip to a gymnastics meet, or any other flip force function/activity. I understand that it is the responsibility of the parent/legal guardian to provide medical insurance. I give the employees of Flip Force Gymnastics LLC my permission to obtain medical care for my child in the event of an emergency and where the parents or legal guardians are unavailable or may not be reached. Furthermore, I will be responsible for any medical charges that may be acquired in a medical emergency. This release/waiver of liability has been thoroughly read and understood by me, and I voluntarily signed as to its intent and content.
Payment Policies
Beginning in August 2018, we will require AUTODRAFT for all programs. Tuition is ran on the 1st business day of each month. A $10.00 late fee will be posted to your account for declined credit cards that are not rectified by the 5th of each month. Returned checks or consistently declined credit cards will result in a $35.00 fee. Accounts 30 days past due will be automatically dropped from any classes and or programs and sent to a collection agency and could eventually affect your credit rating. Your child will not be able to return to their program until the account balance is paid in full.
I understand that I am expected to pay for all monthly tuition until my official Flip Force Withdraw/Drop Form is received 2 weeks prior to the drop date. All Drop Forms MUST be submitted to the office in writing. Messages left on answering machine or with coaches are NOT ACCEPTED! Additionally, NO REFUNDS will be given for the month if you do not submit a drop notification within the time frame. Drop notifications given the month of termination will only be given a partial refund upon request.
TEAM ONLY: Team Tuition is an annual commitment: All teams are an annual commitment. Team members that take the summer off, go on vacation, etc. will need to pay tuition just as though they have attended workouts. A team spot is not guaranteed for team members that leave the team.
MEET FEES - Your coach and the rest of the team count on you attending meets. You will be registered for all meets unless you notify your coach/booster club one month prior in writing that they cannot attend.
Photo Waiver
We allow non-flash photography during our classes and practices. However, please be respectful of other parent's and their children as many may not want their child photographed. If you feel that other children will be included in your photographs and/or videos, please notify the parent's in your proximity. We occasionally take photographs of children and use them as promotion on our social media outlets, including but not limited to our website, Facebook, and Instagram. If at any time you feel uncomfortable with your child being photographed by either a staff or parent, please contact the office immediately.
PHOTO RELEASE: I am authorizing Flip Force Gymnastics full rights to use photo(s) for any promotional purposes, such as brochures, flyers, website, and/or newspaper articles.
