Payment Due
Your card on file will be charged for the initial tuition amount today to reserve your spot.
All students are enrolled in Autopay and tuition will be billed to the credit card on the due date of each payment. If you choose to UN-ENROLL in auto pay, you will be charged a $20.00 administration fee. Please email the studio office to un-enroll.
Payments for the 2020-21 school year will be run as follows:
Session 1: Time of registration, October 5th, and November 5th
Session 2: Dec 5th, Jan 5th, Feb 5th
Session 3: March 6th, April 5th, May 5th
Tuition Policy
Tuition is based on three twelve-week sessions starting in September and going through June. Payments are due at time of registration, and then October-May (9 payments in total, 3 over each session).
A professional teaching staff is contracted for the same term, and for this reason, a credit will not be given for dropped or missed classes. This is not a monthly dance program. I understand it is my responsibility to attend all classes and pay tuition as posted. In cases of a medical emergency, credit may be given upon receipt of a doctor's certificate and written notification.
Policies & Refunds:
Credit is not given for dropped or missed classes. No refunds or adjustments will be made.
- If you are dismissed for un-sportsman like behavior by the dancer or parent, no refund or credit is given.
- In cases of a medical emergency, credit may be given upon receipt of a doctor's certificate.
- If a student needs to drop (i.e. illness, moving,) written notification is required prior to the 5th of the month. Otherwise, you will be responsible to pay for all classes in that month.
- This is not a monthly dance program. It is a 36-week program that runs from September 2020- June 2021 adjustments are made by a number of classes taken vs. a number of classes remaining in the season.
- All missed classes can be made up at a comparable or lower level class, or in virtual class options when applicable.
-Tuition is due on the 1st of the month and late after the 5th.
Even if the studio is closed.
The first payment is due at time of registration, with the following payments due September through May. Payments can be made through your parent portal.
A $15.00 late fee. will be charged on the 6th of the month if tuition is not received on time.
All returned checks will be charged a $35.00 fee.
Photo Release
Photo Release - I hereby authorize MCDA to use my child's photograph or video images on its website, newsletters, or any other publication. MCDA may also distribute the image to newspapers or other media for use in advertising and articles pertaining to MCDA.
Dress Code
To ensure proper body alignment, placement and to aid in proper instruction & discipline, a Dress Code is enforced. Dancers that continually wear improper attire will be asked to sit out of class. Please be careful to NOT fit dancewear or shoes too BIG. We realize kids will grow, but shoes that do not fit properly will hinder a student's progress and potential. My student and I agree to adhere to the studio dress code.

Release of Liability
I have received, read and understand the information contained in the studio policy packet and tuition rate form. I accept full and sole responsibility for any personal injury or property damage which may result from my participation in the Medina Centre for Dance Art fitness or dance programs, whether under an instructor's supervision or on my own. I fully release The Medina Center for Dance Art, Kelly Parks, and Scott Parks, owner of the property and all staff and instructors from responsibility or liability for any such injury or damage. I will indemnify and hold harmless the persons released above from all claims and actions in any way related to my participation and I will not bring or cause to be brought any such claim or action against said persons.
