COVID Safe Plan - in studio
• Your dancer cannot attend classes if they are unwell, or if they have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected COVID19 case.
• Temperature checks may be conducted upon entry to the building. if the temperature reading is over 37.5 you/your dancer will be asked to leave immediately. Parents are asked to wait while their child's temperature is checked. If a parent has already left we will call you and ask you to collect your child immediately.
• Anyone entering the building will be required to use hand sanitiser.
• TDLD follows Government Health directives - this may include requiring the wearing of masks, limiting the number of people in the building, parents not being able to enter the building, students not being able to bring bags or stay at studio if they have a break between classes, observing physical distancing etc
• We have the right to refuse entry if anyone entering the building appears unwell. e.g. having symptoms including but not limited to fever, coughing, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of breath, loss of sense of smell or taste.
• If the Kinder/Daycare/School your dancer attends is closed due to Government Health directives we respectfully ask that you do not bring your dancer to class.
• First aid processes will be followed as required; physical distancing may be impractical in the instance of an emergency.
• In the event of an emergency evacuation, physical distancing may be impractical to adhere to.
• Physical distancing in classes may be impractical when a student's safety is at risk.
• We may be required by the Government to keep a record of anyone that enters the building for Contact tracing purposes
• If we are forced to close due to Government requirements, all classes will revert to an online format

Student General
• Parents/guardians are responsible for drop off and pick up for their child/children from all classes. Students must be dropped off and picked up at the designated arrive/leave times of their classes as published.
• TDLD is not responsible for students going between classes or for students who have a break between classes; parents /guardians are responsible for their child/children going between classes or while on breaks between classes.
• Photos of my child/children or me that are taken at TDLD events/classes may be used in advertising or on our social media pages.
• TDLD won't pass information regarding students to anyone without permission of the person that enrolled the student.
Student Medical
• Parents/guardian will inform TDLD of any medical or other conditions, or injuries that their child/children have that affect their participation. Adult students will inform TDLD themselves. If your child/you have an Asthma Plan or have an Epipen (or similar) for anaphylactic allergies, you will provide TDLD with a copy of the relevant Action Management Plan.
• I acknowledge that TDLD will call an ambulance for my child/me in the event of an emergency.
•I will provide Emergency Contact Details for someone (other than me) who TDLD will contact if they are unable to contact me in the event of an emergency.
Fees
• Fees are due on a term basis, except Adult classes.
• Fees cannot be paid pro-rata except if you commence classes part way through a term.
• Class places are not guaranteed from Term to Term unless full payment is made by the invoice due date.
• Fees are not refundable; however credit notes , which can be used for future fees, may be issued if a student withdraws during the term.
• The family discount is only applicable to siblings and when payment is made by the invoice due date.
•The sliding scale hourly rate fee discount may be removed if fees are not paid by the due date stated on the invoice, and fees will revert to the flat class time rate.
Invoices/Statements
• Statements are emailed to the parent that enrolled the student.
• TDLD does not manage co-payments and cannot send split invoices.
• The parent enrolling the student is responsible for payments irrespective of co-parenting agreements.
• Statements will be emailed and are payable in advance for classes.
Liability Release
• I understand and accept that my child/children /I dance at his/her/their/my own risk and that Theatre De La Danse accepts no liability to him/ her/them/me under any circumstances.
