Payment Information
Your one time monthly payment is for one lesson once a week.* This monthly payment guarantees you an average of 4 lessons every month. Students might receive an extra lesson on months that have 5 weeks. Extra lessons will be used to compensate for any school closures. If there are no school closures, the extra lesson will be considered a bonus lesson at no additional cost.
Tuition is due on the first of every month. Students will automatically be charged at the beginning of each month. If you prefer to pay in person with a credit card, check, or cash, payment needs to be processed two days before your lesson. If accounts are paid after the third of the month, there will be a $20.00 late fee applied to the account balance. There is a $25.00 returned check charge for any checks returned by the bank.

Cancelled and Rescheduled Lessons
Our teachers have allocated a time period for your lesson. Our teachers generally have full schedules, which makes it very difficult for them to accommodate changes to your reserved time period. We understand that we all get sick from time to time and will allow for make up lessons with a 24 hour notice. Please limit your make up lessons to one every two months. If you find your lesson time does not work, please let us know so we can reschedule your lessons at a different time. Any lesson cancelled within the 24 hour period before the lesson will be forfeited.

Holidays
Our school is closed on some major holidays. These include:
New Years Eve & Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Occasionally, your lesson will fall on a holiday and you will not have a lesson. There are no make-up lessons given for lessons that fall on the above major holidays. Some months will have five of your lesson days. These days will adjust for the days we are closed for holidays.

Registration Fee
There is a registration fee of $20 per student. This is a one time fee, and it is non-refundable. There is no registration fee for students that re-enroll.
Withdrawal from Class
Please be advised that you are required to give a written 30 day notice of withdrawal from classes, and withdrawal forms are available at the desk. You will also be taken off auto pay so you will not be charged after you withdraw.
Release of Liability
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Ambassador Development Business Association dba Lone Star School of Music and Strum Music School, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision ofAmbassador Development Business Association dba Lone Star School of Music and Strum Music School, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
Medical Emergency
The undersigned gives permission to Ambassador Development Business Association dba Lone Star School of Music and Strum Music School, its owners and operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.
