Tuition for private Performing Arts Lessons covers 49 (forty-nine) weeks of study from August 1 through July 15 annually, and is payable in 12 (twelve) equal monthly payments. Enrolling students are reserving their placement in the Conservatory for the entire year. The Enrollment Agreement is a firm commitment (Contract), and guarantees your place in the Conservatory. A fee of first month and Book/Activity Deposit is required at time of enrollment in order to reserve the lesson time. Tuition covers the following services:

Quarterly 2-Hour Group Performance Classes
2 Annual Recitals/Showcases and Performance Prep Time
Instructor guidance and participation in external contests, recitals, and performance opportunities
Access to the Performing Arts resources of the Conservatory
Instructor Preparation and Planning Time for Individualized Study
Performance WorX offers THREE (3) payment plan options from which Student Families can select for level of lseeson commitment and payment of fees:
ANNUAL LESSONS WITH ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP:
There is an annual Registration/Membership fee of $100 per student, with a family cap of $300. This is charged at the time of registration. There is no registration fee for summer camps. THE REGISTRATION/MEMBERSHIP FEE allows the student to join into the Conservatory and receive ANNUALLY CONTRACTED lessons at a 30% discounted rate. By paying the Registration/Membership fee the following fee schedule applies:
ANNUAL PRIVATE LESSONS:
HALF HOUR (30mins.): $1,140.00 Annual Tuition may be paid at once, $285.00 quarterly, or $95.00 per month for 12 months
FULL HOUR (1hr.): $2,280.00 Annual Tuition may be paid at once, $570.00 quarterly, or $190.00 per month for 12 months.
CLASSES are timed at 90-minutes per week, and are held with a minimum of 10 (ten) class members. The CLASS PRICE is $110.00 per month for 10 months and participants MUST be registered as ANNUAL MEMBERS and pay by automatic payments.
MONTHLY With MEMBERSHIP PRIVATE LESSONS:

As a MONTHLY student, I understand I may withdraw with 30 days notice, under certain circumstances. One month notice from the first of the month is required to discontinue any lessons/classes during the school year. No refunds are given for Summer camp tuition or deposits unless Performance WorX cancels a class. Withdrawal must be done in person and will not be accepted over the phone. Withdrawal must be done at the Conservatory Office and not with the teacher. Withdrawals must occur within the first seven days of the calendar month. No withdrawals will be accepted after March 1 of each year. To withdraw from classes/lessons a parent or adult student must:
1. Inform Conservatory administration in person, and
2. Complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by the Conservatory office.
3. All automatic bank debiting or credit card charges will stop after the one month notice period.
3. MONTH-TO-MONTH NON-MEMBER
IF REGISTRATION/MEMBERSHIP FEE IS NOT PAID, lessons may be given on a MONTHLY basis and the following tuition fee schedule applies:

Tuition is paid by automatic bank account debit or automatic credit card payment. Music, Acting, & Dance CLASSES: Tuition will be debited in 10 equal payments on the first of the month (34 classes per year). Music, Acting, & Dance PRIVATE LESSONS: 12 equal payments on the first of the month (49 lessons per year). All charges will appear on your bank statement as Performance WorX. If a payment is rejected due to insufficient funds there will be a $50.00 NSF charge that will automatically be charged to the account on file.
LATE PAYMENTS: TUITION PAYMENTS ARE EXPECTED BY THE FIRST LESSON OF EACH MONTH WITH A DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT OF THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH. PAYMENTS NOT MADE BY THE 10TH OF THE MONTH WILL INCUR A $35 LATE FEE. PAYMENTS NOT MADE BY THE 20TH OF EACH MONTH WILL INCUR A $75 LATE FEE. NEW MONTH LESSONS WILL NOT BE STARTED UNTIL PREVIOUS MONTH IS PAID IN FULL, HOWEVER, LESSON CONTRACT TERMS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE.
TERMINATION OF LESSONS BY THE STUDENT: If the student wishes to not continue MONTHLY lessons in a current semester, the following procedure must be followed. (Note that there is no refund or cancellation of contractual Obligations for ANNUAL memberships.)

Performance WorX reserves the right to terminate lesson to any student without notice. In such a case, a refund for unused lessons/classes will be given.
In the event of any delinquency in the account of the applicant, the applicant agrees to pay, in addition to the amount owed, all reasonable and customary attorney's and/or collector's fees, not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the amount owed, plus all court costs.
MISSED PRIVATE LESSONS & MAKE UP LESSONS
No make up lessons will be given for missed lessons unless absence is due to illness and 24 hour notice has been given to the Conservatory Office. Make up lessons will be limited to one per teaching quarter (average). No refunds are given for missed lessons! School activities such as ski trips, band trips, spring break, sports games, field trips, inclement weather, etc., do not qualify for make up lessons. There are no make up lessons for group Music WorX classes, Acting WorX classes, or Dance WorX classes. Students may arrange to attend 2 additional classes per year for illness for Acting WorX or Dance WorX classes. There are no refunds for any tuition and deposits unless Performance WorX cancels a class.
EXTREME WEATHER OR UNEXPECTED INTERRUPTION OF CLASSES
If the Conservatory must cancel classes due to extreme weather or events beyond our control such as power outages, Performance WorX will make every effort to reschedule but cannot guarantee. No refunds for lessons missed due to these reasons will be given.
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Performance WorX, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of owners and operators or in route to or from any event or class with Performance WorX.
The undersigned gives permission to Performance WorX, Music Performance Supercenter, LLC, its owners and operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health.
Parent, Guardian, Adult Student hereby give permission to Music Performance Supercenter, LLC dba Performance WorX to use the photographic, videographic, or other image of the student in performance, lesson, or rehearsal, for its website, print materials, newspaper and magazine articles, related to the work of the Conservatory and its publicity.
