FOR FALL REGISTRATION: Upon registration, credit card will be charged initial payment of reg. fee + 1/2 August + full September Tuition. For each month thereafter, your credit card or bank account selected will be billed the first of each month for the amount based on our tuition schedule and the classes your child is enrolled in. Any changes to classes after registration must be submitted through the Customer Portal or by calling the studio. Changes to your child's enrollment status (i.e. dropped student, dropped class, etc). must be submitted by the 15th of the month in order to avoid being charged for the following month's tuition. Updates to credit card/bank account must be provided right away to avoid additional charges.
FOR SUMMER & 10 WEEK SESSIONS: Your credit card on file will be billed for the full tuition amount at time of registration.
FOR FALL REGISTRATION: Upon registration, your credit card or bank account selected will be charged the reg. fee + full tuition for Fall 2015-2016 (1/2 August+ 9 full months of tuition). There is a 5% discount on the total when choosing this option. Please note: this option is only available in August.
FOR SUMMER & 10 WEEK SESSIONS: Your credit card or bank account selected will be billed for the full tuition amount at time of registration. There is no tuition discount for the summer season.
3. "Do Not Bill"- Your credit card on file will NOT be charged upon registration and tuition payments will NOT be automatically charged to your credit card on file. It is your responsibility to ensure initial payment is received by cash or check within 8 days of registration.
FOR FALL REGISTRATION: Your initial payment is the registration fee + prorated August + full September tuition. Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure that monthly tuition payments (for fall season) are made by the 1st of each month. $10 late fee will be applied to payments not received by the 5th of each month.
FOR SUMMER REGISTRATION: Payment is the full summer tuition amount.
You do have the option of making changes to your Payment method selection throughout the fall season, if you choose. Please be aware, however, that any changes MUST be made in writing and be submitted before the 15th of the month in order for changes to be applied for the following month. *Please note that because the monthly tuition schedule has been annualized for the entire season, monthly payments are the same regardless of the number of lessons any month may have.
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Heather's Dance Studio, Inc., its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Heather's Dance Studio, Inc., its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
