Tuition & Fees:
*Tuition is set by Session . Tuition is due at the beginning of each Session in the total amount. However, monthly payments may be made. A 10% discount is given to accounts that are paid in full by June 4th, (Summer) September 15th, 2019 (School year) with payment made by cash or check. The monthly payment is the amount of the session tuition, divided by 33-35 weeks, the total amount of times that instruction is given. There are some months that have five weeks and some that will have fewer than four due to holidays. This price reflects extra rehearsal, etc. Monthly tuition installments are due each month without regard for the number of lessons in a month. Tuition is due in full each month even if the student does not to attend. As Guardian of the registered student, you are responsible for all tuition. You will need to speak with Lisa about dropping a class to cancel your tuition. You will be responsible for the full month of tuition payment whether you complete the month or not. You are also responsible for all costume charges and recital fees at the time specified. You will be notified of these fees before they are added to your account. t. You will be reminded of the recital fee by March of each dance year.
*The preferred method of payment is credit/debit card, cash, or check. If paying through auto pay with your bank, please mail them to the studio address.
*Monthly Tuition payments are due on the 1st of the month. If tuition is not received IN THE STUDIO by the 15th of each month a $25.00 late fee will be added to your account on the 15th. You may pay at the Studio. You can choose to have your credit/debit card charged each month automatically for your tuition by choosing "auto pay monthly". You may also pay your account directly online using our online account access from the website. NO post-dated checks will be accepted. A 2% credit card processing fee will be added when using a credit card to pay for tuition or other items.
Every account is required to maintain a valid credit card. When choosing "auto pay", please select if payment should be taken on the 1st or 10th of the month. Your tuition will be charged on the 1st or 10th, unless other arrangements are made with the Studio Manager. Other charges may be charged to your card, ie. recital fee, competition fee, ONLY if you make arrangements with Lisa to do so. You will be notified in advance of this and will be given sufficient time to have paid with another form of payment. When paying with cash, please always get a receipt!
If a payment is late, and the credit card payment is accepted and the account is paid in full, then the late fee will be removed.
*If tuition is not received for two consecutive months, the student will only be allowed to observe class and will not be allowed to participate until tuition is brought current. A $25 fee will be added to the account to handle the processing of the past due account, in addition to the monthly late fees.
*If your account is not paid in full at the time of the recital, the credit card on file with Dance Image Studios will automatically be charged the full balance owing. An additional $25 fee will be added to your account to cover the costs of the office work involved in handling the past due account.
*There will be a $25 charge to your account for a returned check.
*A $20 fee will be added to your account if my credit/debit card is declined during an automatic monthly payment transaction and it is not corrected.
*Late fee payments will NOT be refunded.
*By choosing the Pre-Paid option for the session, I know that I must check my account often for other fees, and will make payments on said charges.
* By choosing the Auto-Pay option, I know I am responsible to pay the other fees as they occur on my account in any particular month of the session.
* By choosing Make Monthly Payments, I know this is by CHECK or CASH only!
The balance on your account must be paid in full every month.
Payments made with a credit card will be charged a 2% credit card process fee at the end of the year for the total amount charged. When paying with cash, please be sure to receive a stamped receipt for your records.
NO SCHOOL CLOTHES OR PLAY CLOTHES ARE ALLOWED IN CLASS! Preschool and Kindergarten dancers: Please wear a leotard, unitard, or leggings. You have your choice of color, with proper tights or socks. Dancers may also wear a dance skirt with the leotard/unitard as long as it is not distracting or in the way of movement. First grade dancers may also wear a leotard/unitard or you may wear the "older girl" dancer attire. Second grade and up: Dancers please wear dance capris, shorts or leggings in studio colors. A shirt, tank or leo in studio colors must be worn to dance class. You may wear a white, black, teal, purple or grey shirt. Tumblers must wear a unitard or a leotard with form-fitted shorts. No basketball shorts or sweats or baggy shirt will be allowed. Hip Hop dancers will be instructed at class as to their dress code, but must bring sneakers to wear in class that have NOT been worn out side. We do not ask for "tight" clothing, but form-fitted so that the body movements can be observed properly. Tumblers especially, need form fitted clothing so as to be able to be spotted correctly. Every female student should have their hair pulled back from their face during class (pony tails, braids, buns, half ponies, etc) If you have questions, please ask. We are happy to help.
