Changing Classes and Refunds
I fully understand that tuition is non-refundable. Trial classes are available. Maximum of two trial classes per year per class. The first trial is $10; the second is at single class rate of $16. In the case of a documented medical emergency, a credit may be requested. Credits must be requested prior to missed class or camp and must be made in writing with documentation. A $15 bookkeeping fee will apply to granted credit requests.
I fully understand that any requests to switch classes, camp weeks and pre-paid before and after care must be made in writing 72 hours prior to the beginning of camp or class. I understand I will be charged a $15 bookkeeping fee for each change. There is no charge for a change if the request is from the studio director.
Payment Options
Payment may be made
a) in full at the time of registration;
b) by automatic payment on the 1st or 15th of the month FOR FULL SCHOOL YEAR ENROLLMENT ONLY. The first two installments will be debited when you register for class or camp. The remaining payments will be debited to your account on the 1st or 15th (which ever you choose). A valid credit card or bank account must be on file to qualify for payment plan and a set up fee of $30 will be added.
Release of Liability
I understand, as the legal parent or guardian of the registered student or as the adult registered student, the rules and regulations of the East Bay Dance Center and commit to my tuition obligation. I do hereby waive and release any all all rights and claims for damages for injury that might occur while a registered student at the Center premises and agree not to file suit for same. I attest and verify that the registered student is physically fit and able to participate in East Bay Dance Center classes.
Student Photos
We love to promote our students on the web page and Facebook. I understand and agree that my or my child's photo may be used to promote the East Bay Dance Center. If you do not wish your child's photo to be used, please let us know in the comments.
Payment Options
We offer 3 payment options for teen/child classes
1. Pay for full school year (34 weeks) .
2. Pay for a semester (17 weeks).
