2. Cancellation Policy/Training Pauses:
a. We require a 30 day notice in writing when terminating any classes/packages with AGI. Please keep in mind that all payments received will not be reimbursed for any reason. Transfers of monies to other classes or services are permitted. (Please see note A below)
b. Lesson Cancellation: If you are unable to attend your classes in person or online for any reason, payment is still expected in full. Please understand that your time is reserved whether you show up or not, similar to a gym membership. All instructors of AGI are reserved in our monthly calendar and paid for their time as well as their expertise. Please be advised that we do not reschedule or offer makeup lessons to students who miss or otherwise cancel their lesson.
c. Instructor Cancellation: Should your instructor cancel a lesson for any reason, or if the studio is officially closed by AGI, due to inclement weather and/or national emergencies, your lesson will be
rescheduled. Please contact AGI for confirmations of any such emergency closing(s) or look for our mass communication to all Parents and Students. In any other circumstance, you will be held responsible for payment of your lesson time.

d. Student Safety Procedures
We ask that all Parents who have students under 18 years old, please come inside of our lobby for drop off & pick up. If you have a family member or friend picking up your child, we must know their name beforehand. This is for the safety & security of all our students. We ask that no student under 18 years old, walk out of the building by themselves after class or cross the street without supervision.
e. Personal Belongings
We ask that all students leave their personal belongings such as; mobile devices, jewelry, etc., in a backpack or bag, to prevent loss. We also ask that all mobile devices are put away during class, to prevent distractions.
A.) There are NO REFUNDS given for any services for any reason, due to the nature of our business, which requires us to meet with new clients/current clients in person/by phone/or online, to discuss and sign up for services, register clients in our system, schedule class(es), and perform services. Even if the artist/student or parent/guardian cancels with us before the time of service, you agree to forfeit a return of all monies paid for said service(es). Please know that monies are not lost, but can be used at a later time for current services or products within current year or you may transfer to someone else who would like to use our services. Note: Once current year has passed and we enter a new year and services have not been used by client, all monies paid are forfeited by you, the payee and AGI has a legal right to reallocate funds within the company.
