Payment Policies
Payment Policies:
Every family must have a working credit card on file. You may elect to pay your balance in full upon registration. If you are a monthly payer, your tuition will post on the 1st and it will automatically charge on the 5th of each month.
Late payment fees are $35 with a 5-day grace period. Students whose accounts are 30 days or more overdue will be dropped from all enrollment and not allowed to attend class until all fees are paid in full.
If a family incurs two late fees within any semester/session, they will be taken off the payment plan and must pay the remaining balance in full before returning to class.
If you need to drop a class, you MUST submit a 30-day written notice by email to info@thedallasconservatory.org. However, you are still responsible for all fees incurred within those 30 days. The final 30 days of tuition is due upon notice of drop.
If a family elects to drop a class and they have paid in full, a CREDIT may be applied to their account for future enrollment at the discretion of the Billing & Accounts Manager. Credits are non-transferable from one family to another.
At time of enrollment, there will be a non-refundable $50 Registration Fee. In addition, there is a non-refundable $25 Registration Fee for all Summer Sessions. Registration fees are not transferable.
All tuition is non-refundable.
All recital fees are non-refundable.
Scholarships can be formally applied for by contacting info@thedallasconservatory.org.
If paying by check, please make payable to The Dallas Conservatory and include the student's name.
