Assumption of Risk
I understand that there is an inherent risk of injury, whether caused by me, my family members taking classes or someone else taking classes at Spotlight. I understand and voluntarily accept this risk for myself, and my family members. I agree to specifically assume all risk of injury, as well as all risk of loss, theft or damage of personal property for me, and my family members.
I waive any and all claims or actions that may arise against Spotlight, as well as the owners, managers, instructors, assistant teachers, and other employees or volunteers of Spotlight, as a result of any such injury, loss, theft or damage. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold Spotlight harmless against any claims arising out of the negligent or will acts or omissions of me, my family members, or any guest of mine.
Release of Liability
I do hereby grant permission to Spotlight Dance Center to display and/or post my and/or my child's story, photo, or other item, hereinafter referred to as "Materials," I submit to and for Spotlight's advertisements, recital programs, social media accounts, including but not limited to their Web site, Twitter account, Facebook account, Snap Chat account and Instagram account.
I hereby release you, your representative, employees, managers, members, officers, parent companies, subsidiaries, and directors, from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with any use of said "Materials", including, without limitation, all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation and any other personal and/or property rights.
I acknowledge and agree that no sums whatsoever will be due to me as a result of the use and/or exploitation of the "Materials" or any rights therein.
