I understand that Next Step Broadway's tuition for the 2017/2018 session is for the full year and split up into ten (10) equal payments from September through June: September (Month 1), October (Month 2), November (Month 3), December (Month 4), January (Month 5), February (Month 6), March (Month 7), April (Month 8), May (Month 9), June (Month 10)
I understand that a non-refundable and non-transferable tuition payment for September (Month 1) and June (Month 10) along with a non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. I understand that there is a $20 Registration Fee for the 1st child, and $15 Registration Fee for the 2nd child and thereafter - to a $50 maximum per family.
I understand the full year tuition covers a minimum of 30 weeks of lessons for the full year.
I understand that all classes are scheduled more than 30 weeks for the year to accommodate for any weather closings, emergencies and class cancellations for any reason; and I understand that make-ups for classes will only be scheduled if the year falls below 30 weeks.
I understand that I will not receive any tuition proration, refunds, or credits for any classes missed during the year.
I understand that I must keep a credit card on file and I give permission for Next Step Broadway, LLC to charge my credit card the monthly tuition payment on the first of every month.
I understand that Next Step Broadway LLC will charge my account a $15 late fee if payment is not made by the 15th of every month.
I understand that if my account is still delinquent by the 21st of the month my child will not be able to participate in class until my account is current.
I understand that the Recital Fee is due on November 1st and I give permission for Next Step Broadway LLC to charge my credit card the recital fee. I understand that I must notify Next Step Broadway LLC in writing before November 1st if I wish to withdraw from class and understand that there are no refunds or credits for the recital fee. I understand that I must communicate in writing to the Studio Manager by October 15th if I would like to pay the recital fee in a different method. I understand that the recital fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
I understand that if I register after December 1st that I will be subject to a $15 Shipping & Handling Fee for a recital costume.
SUMMER TUITION POLICY

The registration fee is waived for current Next Step Broadway families who are enrolled in the 2017/18 dance season. REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE!
There is a 5% discount for multiple classes, camps, and/or workshops. (cannot be combined with any other discounts and deals including the Early Bird Special).
You will receive 100% tuition refund less a $10 cancellation fee if written cancellation is received by MAY 1st, 2018. You will receive 50% tuition refund less a $10 cancellation fee if written cancellation is received By JUNE 9th, 2018. All cancellations must be in writing, either in the studio or via email (email@example.com). There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 9th, 2018!
As the legal parent, guardian or adult student, I release and hold harmless Next Step Broadway LLC, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage or indjury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and'or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Next Step Broadway LLC, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
