Assumption of Risk and Waiver
I am enrolling my child(ren) in Dance Theater of New England for the 2020-2021 season. I fully understand that participants in dance programs, recitals and dance competitions take certain risks including minimal, serious and catastrophic injuries. I acknowledge and accept such risks and release the staff and faculty of Dance Theater of New England, Reverence Enterprises, LLC, its Directors and Owners from any claims of damages, injuries or loss of property while participationg in classes at Dance Theater of New England, their recitals or other studio sponsored events. Also, I have read and understand all rules and regulations and will fully comply with these rules and regulations. I also acknowledge that my child(ren) is in sound health and is able to participate in rigorous physical activities.
Payment Policies
Tuition at Dance Theater of New England is an annual fee paid in 10 monthly installments and is not based on the number of weeks danced. There are no deductions or refunds for misses classes. Classes Missed due to inclement weather will be made up at the discretion of the Artistic Director.
There is a $20.00 late fee for all tuition recived after the 7th of each month. Dance privileges will be automatically suspended on all accounts in arrears 15 days. Privileges will be reinstated when the account is brought up to date.
There is a $25.00 returned check fee for all ISF checks.
Withdrawal
Notification of withdrawal from class must be made in writing before the next billing cycle. You are responsible for any tuition up to and including the date of withdrawal. There are no refunds for partial months. There are no refunds for costumes once they have been ordered.
Costumes
Absolutely no costumes will be ordered unless balances are paid in full by the deadline. No exceptions. We cannot guarantee costumes for the recital if they are ordered late. $10.00 handling Fee will be added to each late costume order. Your dancer may not participate in the recital without a costume.
Dress Code
Students not adhering to the dress code will be asked to sit out, so please read the dress code very carefully.
Deportment
Dance training is an acquired skill that requires a certain amount of self-discipline, dedication and focus. Once a course of study has been chosen, we expect each student to work hard and maintain quiet, respectful behavior while in class and on the premises. Therefore, disrespectful, inappropriate behavior, foul, derogatory, profane, and vulgar speech is strictly prohibited. Harmful gossip, mummering and slander are also prohibited. Students and Parents lacking self-control in these areas will have their dance privileges suspended.

From time to time pictures and video are used for promotional purposes in print or on the website. May your child participate?
