Registration fee and tuition is non-refundable and reserves your child's place in a class of limited size.
REGISTRATION FEE is $25 for each student or $40 for families with 2 or more siblings enrolled.
TUITION is based on a 10 month calendar (Aug. - May) divided into I0 equal payments. The tuition is based on an entire season and is not based on the number of classes during the month. Tuition is prepaid and due on the 1st of every month. After the 10th of each month, a late fee of $10 will apply. It is your responsibility to make sure the payment is received by the 10th.
The first installment is due with your registration fee, and this installment is non-refundable. The other installments are due the 1st of each month. Therefore, your account will be billed every month on the 1st (Sept. - May).
All shows and costume payments, will not be automatically billed to your account. We won't bill you until we receive a notice from you stating that your child will be participating in the Christmas and/or Spring show. However, you can make a payment at any time on your account
If you pay the entire season in full prior by August 31, 2019, you will receive a 10% discount. Please note: If you pay your dancer's tuition for the full year and withdraw from classes for any reason (loss of interest, school obligations, injury, illness, etc.), a 30% penalty will be applied to your refund for the remainder of the year. We suggest you only pay the year in full if you are 100% confident your dancer will participate fully in the entire season.
Students attending any classes during the month will be charged one full month of tuition.
Payments should be made via the Parent Portal. However, we will accept payments at the studio (cash & credit cards).
DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS must be settled to a zero balance after 2 months for a student to continue attending class. ELDC has the right to refuse service, if outstanding balances have not been rectified.

No food or drinks other than water inside the studios. No exceptions!
No cell phones are allowed in the dance rooms at any time. If they are inside a dance bag, they should be turned off.
Please keep an eye on your children, no running or climbing on furniture PLEASE!
All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times unless they are in class.
All personal belongings may be kept in the studio with the dancer if needed. ELDC is not responsible for items left behind at the Center. Please make sure you check for all your belongings before leaving the studio.
Primary & Mini Combo Parents: Please take your dancer to the restroom BEFORE class begins to avoid accidents and disruptions to class.
Please make an effort to be prompt for class and in picking up your child! Excessive tardiness when picking up your child will not be tolerated.
No parents, friends, or siblings are allowed in the classroom at any time, unless given approval from the director. This is for the benefit of your dancer. They will learn more if we have their complete attention.
Viewing windows will be available, but you must get approval from the front desk representative.
If your dancer drops a class, a 30-day written notice is required. You will be responsible for payment until the written notice is received.
For the safety of our dancers, most times we follow Henry County's decisions on inclement weather school closings. However, you should always use your own judgement when deciding to travel due to weather. We will confirm our closing via email and the website when inclement weather affects Eagles Landing Dance Center. We will also communicate all closings on social media as well!
