Annual Membership Fee
A $30 (basic member) registration fee per student or $55 (premium member) registration fee per family is due for all students registered in our regular 10 month session. This Membership fee is non-refundable for students dropping classes at any time during the session. If registering online, the fee will be automatically posted to your account within 48 hours.
Membership Fees are posted annually on April 1st and are required to participate in Priority Enrollment Week. Response are due by the Friday before the 1st of April.

*Premium Membership: Per Family Fee, Priority Enrollment, Unlimited Make-Up Classes, Special Members Pricing for Birthdays, Year in Full Discount of 8%, Priority Ticket Sales, Special Members Pricing for Mini Mesters, Transfer Classes for Free, VIP Event Pass (per registered student)
There is NO MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR Mini Mesters, FREE Classes, Monthly Mini Camps and our summer session classes.
*Marshall Youth Cheerleading does not require a Registration Fee
Payment Policies
Shapes Dance and Acro tuition is billed monthly for 10 consecutive months. Tuition postings begin on September 1st and ends June 1st. Yearly billing options and discounts are available.
Mini Mesters, Camps and Summer Session Fees are due at time of enrollment and do not require a membership fee to be paid.
Tuition is processed on the 1st or 15th of each month via ACH. A $15 late fee will be automatically assessed to students' accounts if payment is not made by the 15th of each month.
Class Changes/Updates
SDA reserves the right to combine and/or cancel classes due to low enrollment.
Refund/Withdraw
SDA requires a 15 day withdraw request in order to cancel enrollment. Tuition will continue to be charged to account if this is not completed. There are no refunds for partial classes, missed classes, or recital fees, if dropping classes within the season.
Any Company Student that withdraws after completed Boot Camp, are required to pay a $50 re-blocking fee per routine. This includes Company Dance/Acro and Competition Cheer.
Recital/Showcase
All students enrolled in our 10 month season will participate in our June Recital. Costume payments for this event are paid in November (60% of total fee) and January (remaining balance). Students that enroll in January have until February 1st to pay their recital fee balance. These fees are non-refundable.
Recital fee costs can be found in your welcome packet and online at www.shapesdance.com. Classes that require a recital fee are: Heart Level, Star Level, Diamond Level, Mini Cheer, Ballet/Jazz, Jazz/Hip Hop, Acro 1-4.
Dress Code
SDA offers online ordering through our website via Discount Dance Supply. This is an online site that parents can order their dancewear and shoes in the convenience of your home and have their items directly shipped to them. Visit our Discount Dance Supply Storefront and use code TP58550.
STUDENTS MUST BRING SHOES TO EVERY CLASS WITH INITIALS INSIDE THEM!!
Photo Marketing Release
Shapes Dance and Acro Studio, LLC is hereby granted permission to take photographs and video of the students to use in brochures, websites, advertisement and other promotional materials the studio creates.
Release of Liability
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Shapes Dance And Acro L.L.C. Dance Studio, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Shapes Dance And Acro L.L.C. Dance Studio, its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
Medical Emergency Care
The undersigned gives permission to Shapes Dance And Acro L.L.C. Dance Studio, its owners and operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health. I request that our doctor/physician be called and that my child be transported to the hospital.
