I understand that dance, gymnastics and music, as with any physical activity is learned with some degree of risk. Although safe and quality instruction is a priority of Metro Dance Company and its instructors, injuries can occur. Metro Dance Company and its employees shall not be held responsible for any illness or injury that might occur during a class or while on the premises of Metro Dance Company.

Summer, 6-Week, 8-Week and 10-Week Classes:
Your credit card or bank account will be immediately charged for the entire non-refundable session.


10-Month Fall Session Classes
Tuition is paid over 10 equal monthly installments September - June and is not prorated for missed classes. The calendar in each month will vary depending upon which day you have your class with classes meeting from 2 to 5 times each month. Every class will meet 35 times over the ten months. Tuition is automatically withdrawn from the credit card or bank account on file on the first of each month. Any balances not paid in full by the 7th of each month will be subject to an automatic $25 late fee. Any automatic payments returned by the financial institution as Non-Sufficient Funds ( NSF ), will be subject to an automatic $25 NSF fee.

Fall classes run September - June and tuition is automatically withdrawn from the credit card or bank account on file on the first of each month. Non-refundable first month tuition and $35 registration fee per person is automatically withdrawn AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. Credit card or bank account on file will automatically be charged on the 1st of each month October - June for monthly tuition payment. Tuition & Costume Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If a student chooses no longer participate in a class you must NOTIFY THE STUDIO OFFICE IN WRITING by the 25th of the previous month to avoid being charged tuition for the entire next month. Tuition will not be refunded for late withdrawals.

Students with accounts more than 30 days past due will not be allowed to continue in class.

Each competition and recital dance costume is $79. A non-refundable costume deposit of $40/costume will be charged to your credit card or bank account on file on October 14. The non-refundable remaining balance of $39/costume will be charged to your credit card or bank account on December 16.

Piano, voice and guitar workbooks are $10-$20 each and if not purchased directly from instructor or through Amazon.com and are provided by the studio, the cost will be billed to student's monthly tuition and automatically withdrawn.

As a duly authorized check signer on the financial institution account identified, I authorize METRO DANCE COMPANY to perform scheduled or periodic electronic funds transfer debits and/or credits from my account identified for payments due or when applicable, apply electronic funds transfer credits to the same. This applies to check by phone payments as well as any other electronic payment. I understand the dollar amount can vary depending on services performed.

Furthermore, if any such electronic debit(s) should be returned by my financial institution as Non-Sufficient Funds ( NSF ), I authorize, METRO DANCE COMPANY , to collect a returned item fee of $25.00 per item by electronic debit from my account identified.

For accounting purposes, all electronic debits will be reflected in the monthly bank statement that corresponds with the financial institution account identified.

I authorize METRO DANCE COMPANY to perform scheduled or periodic electronic funds transfer debits and/or credits from my account identified for payments due or when applicable, apply electronic funds transfer credits to the same. I understand the dollar amount can vary depending on services performed.
